David Blackwelder has been performing magic since 2001. Performing for companies such as Foard and Riley Financial, Best Buy, Embassy Suits Hotel and Resort. David has also performed for many different type of private events from birthday parties to weddings which has given David the experience needed to perform for large crowds or small crowds and keep everyone entertained the entire time.
David Blackwelder specialized in card magic and mentalism while walking among guests and performing 5-10 minutes worth of magic for a group of people. This allows guests to have the "I saw it live and there were no strings or mirrors" feel. However, David Blackwelder can also do a stage performance or mixture of the two. - Overall, David did a good job and the guests really enjoyed themselves. The "walking around" magic was more successful then the "show". Since the party was in my home, it was akward having to gather the guests for the show portion. I would recommend David for the "walking around" portion. -- Shelly T, Cornelius, NC, 4/2/2011
