We would love to perform for you .
A price quote first reflects mileage/travel time and lodging if needed from performers take off points.
This quote would include
At least one
Hawaiian Hula Dancer, more may be added by request,who will have multiple costume changes
One Musician,
One Man Band M/C who will play Ukulele,
Hawaiian Lap Steel Guitar, Tahitian drums, singing in 3 Polynesian languages and English.
All sound equipment and lights and decorations will be provided by Hula Carolina.
Please supply 1 power source to the performance area
We do kindly request that a private location close as possible to the performance area be arranged for a dressing room.
Starting your event with the traditional
Lei Greeting with your provided lei,s and just like in Hawaii an
Ukulele Player will be singing by the Lei Greeters side singing Hawaiian songs as your guest arrive.
We will also bring a 10 ft by 10 ft professional
Photographers backdrop decorated for you to take pictures with during or after they receive there lei,s.
Included will be a real Ukulele to hold while taking pictures with or without our Hawaiian Hula dancers by your choice,
After the Lei greeting there will be tropical music performed by the
One Man Band
While the Hawaiian Hula dancer prepares for the
Hula Show.
There will be multiple costume changes representing the regions of Hawaii, Tahiti and New Zealand.
The M/C will give very informative points and historical facts throughout the show.
During the show we have fun
Audience participation's dressing participants in tropical attire
teaching a
Hawaiian Hula for females
Tahitian moves to the
Live Tahitian Drums for the males. This is a contest of
( Who can shake it the best !! ) Lots of guaranteed laughs every time.
And a demonstration of the
Maori Poi Balls from New Zealand
Fire codes and a safety area permitting we will include a
Fire Show
For our Fire Show we will use several Fire tools such as
Fire Poi Balls
Fire Staff
Fire Snakes
Our Fire Show average time is 10 minutes, we use several Fire tools because average burn time for any Fire Tool is between 3 - 4 minutes.
And we will place bright torches around performance area to light during the Fire Show.
Our Hula show is always with a live musician but during Fire Show the musician who is a Fire Performer as well will use a pre recorded track.
Of coarse nighttime is agreeably the best for the Fire Show but daytime Fire Shows are still visually stunning.
When Fire Shows are prevented by fire codes or other safety issues this will be replaced by a mesmerizing
Led light show for one song using led Poi Balls. This of coarse is best displayed in dimmed to dark areas. During day events we will use the traditional Poi Balls which require the same skill level to execute the variety of patterns and still highly entertaining.
Average time of this Luau entertainment to complete all mentioned is 2 hours.
A 3 hour access is required for set up prior to any arrival of guests.
Please consider and secure a secondary performance area in-case of any unexpected inclement weather conditions as the slightest rain can be very damaging to musical equipment and highly dangerous to all performers.
A deposit of 50% of the total Performance price is greatly appreciated to secure a date for you
If in any unforeseen event beyond Hula Carolina,s control and the agreed performance is prevented your deposit will be promptly returned in full.
Balance will be due before or no later then event date.
We stay closely in touch to that every detail is met to insure
your event will be the best ever !!

- They were absolutely great!!! In constant contact with me prior to the event to discuss details, arriving very early to set up and had AWESOME decorations and stage props. Music was fantastic, dancing was exceptional, and stage presence was perfect!! - Hula Carolina was absolutely fabulous! The show far exceeded any expectations I had. It was probably one of the best events Quail Haven Village has ever hosted in the 24 years it has been in operation. The residents thoroughly enjoyed the entertainment and have requested to have Hula Carolina at next year's luau. The girls were amazingly talented. They wore beautiful costumes and had several costume changes throughout the show. I would highly recommend Hula Carolina to anyone who is thinking of having a Hawaiian celebration.
