Nicole Anderson Harpist from Marshfield, MA

Harpist Nicole Anderson has been playing for over a decade, having studied under a prominent Salzedo harpist on Cape Cod. She minored in music during her years at Boston University, where she took a harp course and played in one of the orchestras on campus. Nicole has years of experience playing at weddings, parties, in orchestras, and much more. Her repertoire includes a mix of popular, classical, and jazz pieces. She has built an extensive song list but will also learn any requests you may have for your event. About the instrument: Nicole's instrument is an ebony semi-grand concert harp. The harp is about 6 feet tall and has 46 strings (a grand harp has 47). Unlike Celtic harps, the concert harp has foot pedals that adjust the tightness of the strings to make notes sharp or flat.
