Margaret Davis

With an enchanting repertoire of Classical, Celtic, Renaissance and Medieval music, I have been performing professionally for over 10 years for all sorts of events. Sophisticated and elegant, the gentle music of the Celtic harp makes an unforgettable addition to your ceremony or celebration, and I will work with you to select a program of music to complement your event. I hold a degree in Music and am past Chairman of the Board of the Bay Area Folk Harp Society.

My Bay Area clients and venues have included the City of American Canyon, the City of Alameda, the Fairmont Hotel, the Claremont Hotel, Macy's, and Crocker Galleria, and I have also performed in a variety of venues in the Northwest, Britain, Germany, and China. My music can be heard on many CDs and soundtracks for film and TV, including my solo CD Princess of Flowers. I can perform solo, as the duo Margaret & Kristoph (includes vocals, 12-string guitar, octave mandolin, and flute -- see Gigmasters listing), and in a trio with guitarist and violinist. My costume options include Medieval, Renaissance, and Celtic folk costume, in addition to modern formal dress.
