Laura Dishong

I've been playing Celtic, electric, pedal, and strolling harp in the Delaware Valley for 15 years. I am also an accomplished vocalist, and I perform with other instrumentalists (piano, flute, cello). As the former harpist of Caesars Casino in Atlantic City, I play music from a wide variety of styles to please many tastes- my goal is to keep people happy! I work with my clients to create music customized for their special event, be it a wedding, party, bar or bat mitzvah, or funeral. I provide amplification at no extra charge. My music will add a classy and unforgettable touch to your event.

• Laura's performance was beyond my expectations. She went out of her way to check out the wedding venue to be sure the sound of the harp would be appropriate for the space in which she would play. She is an accomplished musician who is able to adapt any contemporary piece to the musical chords of the harp. • Laura was fantastic at my wedding! She played beautifully. We've gotten so many comments on how lovely it was to have harp music and how well she played. She has a wide array of songs she can play. The 4 on accomodating only reflects that she'll only learn one new song for you. This is not a complaint, that is more than enough. I requested a new song. She played it like she has been playing it for years. There is nothing bad I can say. She is helpful and talented and completely calm and professional. I would recommend her to anyone!
