Brilliantly talented and accomplished, Kristie Smith has performed throughout the United States and Europe. She has won first prize at many prestigious awards and competitions, including the American Harp Society Young Professional Artist National Competition, the National Alliance for Excellence National Competition, the Anne Adams National Harp Awards, and the National Federation of Music Clubs local, regional, and national competitions.

Kristie holds a master's degree and is now a doctoral candidate at the renowned Indiana University Jacobs School of Music. She was honored as the Outstanding Senior of her undergraduate class as a double-major in harp and piano performance at the University of Arizona.
