Gregg Parker is a charismatic, energetic, full-time solo acoustic guitarist / singer from the New Jersey Shore area who really knows how to work a crowd. One recent NJ newspaper write up says, "...This guy could teach a Masters Class on the art of solo performing." Performing 275 + times each year, Gregg is one of New Jersey's most prolific and respected performers - and demand for his services takes him on journeys from Long Island and New York throughout Pennsylvania, Delaware, Maryland, Virginia and Washington, D.C. Gregg specializes in performing Upscale Restaurants, Wineries, House Parties, Cocktail Hours, Dinner Events, Corporate Mixers, Country Clubs, Festivals, Fairs, Graduation Parties, Christmas & Other Holiday Celebrations, Birthday Parties, Fund Raisers, Outdoor Barbecues, Pool Parties, Vacation Getaways, Wedding Ceremonies, Rehearsal Dinners, Private Serenades....
ANYWHERE there is a need for a dedicated, HIGH - QUALITY, PROFESSIONAL entertainer with an excellent voice and well - honed guitar and people skills you will find him.

Amongst the tri - state area's most well - liked and prolific entertainers, Gregg specializes in popular songs from the late 60's, 70's and early 80's ( think: "classic rock" / "folk rock" ) with the occasional "standards" and / or more "current" selections thrown - in. LONG SETS and fewer and shorter "breaks" are his "stock - in - trade" - when bothering to take a break at all. Equally at home at YOUR private house party, restaurant or intimate get - together as he is on a concert stage, Gregg captures his audiences with stunning vocal interpretations of popular singer/songwriters such as Harry Chapin, Van Morrison, Jimmy Buffett, Cat Stevens, Eric Clapton, James Taylor, John Denver, Bruce Springsteen, Bob Dylan, Willie Nelson, Gordon Lightfoot, Jim Croce, Rod Stewart, Neil Young, Elton John, Paul Simon as well as established, well - loved bands like The Eagles, The Beatles, America, Crosby, Stills & Nash, Creedence Clearwater Revival and a whole LOT more.

"I first saw The Beatles on a small, black and white television when I was six years old and knew that THAT was what I wanted to do! I got my first guitar at age 10 and began performing in a wedding band as guitarist / singer two years later at age 12. Performed in more garage, neighborhood and high school bands than bear remembering - they were ALL learning experiences. At about age 20 I switched to acoustic guitar and have never really looked back ( although I "dabble" in electric guitar from time to time ). I have always had a strong, flexible and interesting voice, and I have benefitted from years of excellent training in church choirs, vocal music instruction and performance in both public schools and private institution - but MOSTLY I just played and sang my A - - off!"

"Today when I perform an event I typically travel with anywhere from 3 - 5 guitars, 10 harmonicas and a multi - configurable sound system that actually allows me to do as many as 3 full "set ups" when necessary - so that if I have to perform in two different places for the same event I can just move from one spot to the next without having to "strike" one set up and reassemble it somewhere else. I have NEVER had an event ruined or delayed due to equipment failure.
Depending on the event, I may use either a 2005 Gibson, a 2008 Martin single - cutaway or a 1977 Alvarez as my primary performance instrument. I also have an imported 12 - year old Dean double - cutaway ( "Jenny" ) with over 2,500 performances on it and a 1982 Washburn acoustic ( this is the one I work out most of my arrangements on at home ) and a recently acquired 12 - string electric guitar specifically for some of the instrumentalal pieces I have been asked to interpret; for that "softer sound" for some of the selections I have been performing at MANY wedding ceremonies. The problem is they ALL play well and they ALL sound GREAT!"

"I can perform YOUR event to be anything from a simple "me and my guitar" - type serenade / sing - a - long ( i.e. - no amplification at all - suitable for smaller groups, surprise serenades, etc.) to suitably amplified "background music" ( or "musical glue" as I like to call it ) or as the "main event" where the music is more of the focal point of your affair. I move effortlessly from one mode to the other depending on the crowd - every event has a constantly changing dynamic. With literally decades of experience performing thousands of events I have a VERY well - developed sense of both "WHAT to play" and "WHEN and how" to play it - ALWAYS at a volume appropriate to YOUR event, venue and most importantly your guests. Requests are my "stock - in - trade" whether in advance or "live - on the fly", and I often learn material specifically for someone's "special occasion" - just ask. ( NOTE: Learning and arranging songs properly for performance does take time, and although I do sometimes literally learn a song "overnight" for someone it is appreciated when as much time as possible is given to allow for this - a good reason to BOOK ME EARLY and to get the specifics and the details on the table right away ). When I perform for YOU I can GUARANTEE you "Maximum Musical Bang - for - the - Buck" - I ALWAYS run out of time WAY before I run out of music -
And I COME TO PLAY!! I work hard with each person that hires me to be the ONE thing you DON'T have to worry about for your event ( see CLIENT FEEDBACK for details ). Simply show me where I am to set up shop and you are free to go back to the hundred or so other last - minute details that require your attention. My only needs are a firm, flat, dry surface to set up on and access to a single, standard 110 - 117 volt A / C outlet - oh, AND an audience willing to be entertained!"

"Recently I have performed for A.R.I.,Intn'l; Procter & Gamble, Corp.; The Teamsters Union in Washington, D.C.; The U.S. Navy S.E.A.L.s in Virginia Beach, VA; Chick - fil - A Corporation; My Yearbook; 25th,30th, 35th, 40th and 50th high school reunions; countless surprise birthday parties; weddings BIG and small; rehearsal dinners; cocktail hours; VFW's; Elks Clubs; wine tastings ( private and at wineries ); Beatles - themed birthdays; Willie Nelson - themed Birthdays; Harry Chapin - themed birthdays; 60's - themed birthdays; 70's - themed birthdays; memorial services - ALL of which I have been honored to have been asked to participate in. This is for me - a "calling"; and if you have a musical need for which I might be suitable it is my privilege to be able to offer up my services for your event.
PLEASE TRY TO RESERVE EARLY FOR THE BEST POSSIBLE DATES - I always hate to have to tell someone "Sorry - I 'm already booked for that date / time". When you decide to trust me with your affair, I would never want to let you down or have you be anything less than thrilled. Remember that music brings people together and that few things compare to bringing live music to an event.
Contact me TODAY and let's put together a truly MEMORABLE musical experience!"

Gregg Parker / Burlington County, New Jersey

  • Gregg was truly amazing. He sounded great. He played straight through. He was exactly what we had in mind and made it our best St. Patrick's Day party yet and will definitely have him again next year. -- Robin K, Ocean, NJ, 3/10/2012
  • Gregg helped with a very special and unique Valentine's Day request, allowing me to truly surprise my wife in a memorable way. Gregg is first and foremost hugely TALENTED, offers a diverse and beautifully performed selection of songs, is extremely flexible and accommodating, and a true musical professional. I really was amazed at the distance he was willing to go (literally and metaphorically speaking) to make this an A+ performance. I will recommend him to all my soon-to-be-married friends and hopeless romantics alike. Thanks Gregg ! We're going to find one of your next shows! -- Naor C, Monroe, NJ, 2/14/2012

Not only does he have an incredible voice and plays the acoustic guitar so well - he was such a pleasure to work with. He gave more than one would expect - non stop beautiful music - help with microphones for speeches - fanatastic attitude. You would miss out if you don't hire this man! Thank you again Gregg Parker! • "Gregg Parker is an extremely talented musician and his musicianship shines." I would most assuredly recommend him for your next event. I received so many compliments. My guests had a fabulous time! Despite my preparation, great location, as well as excellent food and drink; the party wouldn’t have been the same without him. His music and presence were integral to making my party a real success. He is a true artist and I couldn’t help but be captivated by his talent and ability to capture the essence and emotion of each piece he played. He will make your next event one that will be thoroughly enjoyed, remembered and talked about for many years to come. -- Emma P, Mullica Hill, NJ, 10/29/2011

  • The wife and I decided to start a yearly family get together with live entertainment being one form of many activities. It turned out to be the best decision we made for everyone. Everything Gregg said he would do he did, from arriving on time, playing all songs we selected, to interacting with crowd when needed. Gregg was extremely professional and is a exceptionally talented musician and artist. As I mentioned at the beginning this will be a yearly tradition for our large and extended family, we plan on having Gregg come back next year. Gregg, my wife and I just want to thank you again for turning out 1st real party into a memorable one. -- Mark C, Sicklerville, NJ, 9/24/2011
  • Thank you for making our wedding exactly what we had hoped for! We had so many compliments about our event and how the music was a perfect fit. Holding a wedding in an old historic house, it makes it difficult to find a way to include live music. However, as you know from the caretakers - what you providied was perfect. Thanks again for making our day so perfect! -- Laura A, Medford, NJ, 10/15/2011
  • EXCELLENT!!!! -- Geraldine A, Philadelphia, PA, 11/26/2011
  • Words can't express how happy that we were with Gregg!!! We never spoke on the phone before the wedding, i only email him once to tell him one song that we wanted. He called a couple of days before to confirm. He played for four hours straight during our wedding without a break (with a toothache)!!!!!! His music picks were great and everyone at the wedding couldn't say enough how much they loved him. The volume of the music was just what we wanted not to loud, you could have a conversation while he was playing! We really were very happy! -- Kim B, Point Pleasant, NJ, 9/17/2011
  • Gregg Parker was an absolute pleasure to work with. When we were looking for entertainers, we came across his profile and were lucky enough to catch him at a local performance to meet him in person. He played some of our requests and we knew that he should perform at our wedding. We communicated regularly with Gregg to keep him updated on our song selections for the wedding. He even took on the daunting task of learning a Ben Harper song that we really wanted to hear. We had so many people come up to us throughout the night and ask us where we found him. He was prompt and accommodating throughout the entire process. Would highly recommend or re-book in the future. -- Dustin L, Glen Mills, PA, 9/4/2011
  • It was a pleasure to have Gregg Parker playing at my niece's wedding. All the guests enjoyed his music and wonderful personality. He went out of his way to accommondate everything from the ceremony to the reception. Thank you Gregg! -- Suzanne K, Mullica Hill, NJ, 10/8/2011

He played all night at our rehearsal dinner, never taking a break or even eating dinner! Gregg was very talented and needed very little direction or help in making the event a success. He worked with our budget and traveled all the way to the shores of Maryland for our day! We really enjoyed working with Gregg and wish him all the best! -- Kristen R, Rose Haven, MD, 8/5/2011
  • This was our 3rd year having Gregg perform at our party and once again he was great. We originally booked Gregg for 4 hours but we didn't want the music to stop. Once again Gregg was accommadating and stayed later. Everyone enjoyed his performance and he helped make the party a success. -- Andrea B, Holmdel, NJ, 8/20/2011

  • AWESOME!!!!!! Gregg Parker is a fantastic musician. If u like acoustic music he is the guy for you. All the songs were tweaked by Gregg in arrangement but still held the integrity of the original song. His voice is amazing as I wish I could sit and listen to him live every saturday night by my fire pit. This wasn't my first experience with Gregg, my sister in-law hired Gregg last year for one of her parties and we loved him so much I knew it wouldn't be the last time we saw him. Anytime we need live music for a party we will always go back to Gregg!! -- Kevin S, Haddon Township, NJ, 8/13/2011
  • Exceeded all of our expectations! Gregg performed at our wedding ceremony and cocktail hour. Not only is he an incredibly talented performer but he was also meticulous about every detail in making sure his performance was customized to our event. Gregg even learned new songs just for us, which was truly above and beyond anything we expected. He met with us ahead of time to customize the entire song list, he even brought his guitar and played songs for us that he suggested. Gregg made us feel like he was part of our event, not just some guy we hired. If you are looking for top notch talent and a true professional look no further, Gregg is your man! -- Mike R, Deptford, NJ, 7/31/2011

He was the ultimate, dedicated professional. His interest in providing first-class entertainment was immediately evident when we met him. He gauged our group well, and added a great ambiance to the party. Plus, he never took a break during his 4-hour set. His sound was excellent, and we enjoyed the fact that he does not imitate other artists vocally. His repertoire was extensive, and his delivery was flawless. Gregg truly loves what he does, and it shows in his performance. -- Mark B, Hummelstown, PA, 6/11/2011
  • Gregg played at my sister's 30th surprise party for 50 guests. It was a backyard Luau party & Gregg played the perfect songs! We couldn't have been more pleased w/ his performance & the ambiance that Gregg created w/ his beautiful music. It was a rainy day & Gregg had zero gripes. He was more than flexible, covering his equipment in plastic & squeezing under an umbrella just to carry on the show outside, we were so impressed & so were our guests! Everyone was raving about Gregg! We had so much fun singing & dancing along that we had him stay an extra 3 hours after our scheduled time, we truly didn't want him to leave! We'll never forget that party! Highly recommended -- Laura D, Springfield, PA, 5/14/2011

  • Another son, another bar mitzvah, another wonderful performance by Gregg Parker. I especially liked the vocal harmonizer pedal system that gave the illusion of more voices and really showcased Gregg's singing with even more depth and fullness. Again, his song list of upbeat, well-known easy-listening favorites was perfect and he played continuously without a break. Many of my guests commented appreciatively that they remembered Gregg (see Gig ID#: 183378) and he was as good this time as the last. And Gregg remembered my party! He sounded great and I have since received many compliments on him. Greg learned two new songs that I requested for the ceremony. Our soloist lives in Florida so they were unable to practice together in person until a couple hours prior to the wedding. Greg worked with our soloist beforehand to send her a recording of him playing the song so she could use it to practice. I would not hesitate to recommend Greg! Gregg arrived EARLY ( despite a late New Years' Eve engagement the night before ) and managed to set up and meet just about everybody before he even began to play! It felt like we had an 'old friend' in the music business performing for us. We enjoyed a relaxed afternoon full of stories, great music and fellowship and I couldn't think of a better way to kick off 2009. We will unquestionably have him back for our next family event! He is a true professional. -- Amy C, Milford, NJ, 8/5/2010
  • Our company's holiday party was held at a very nice shore restaurant for about 75 people. We hired Gregg the day after having heard him perform at a friends' birthday party. He provided the perfect backdrop for our event, easily fielding requests from our guests and maintaining a volume that was always easy to listen to, but did not interfere with our conversations. He was engaging and polite, and even performed some appropriate holiday pieces. We just can't figure out how he gets such a complete and naturally full sound out of his guitar with so much ease. His vocal range is vast, and he constantly surprised us with his adaptability from one genre of music to the next; this guy has a VOICE! We had a delightful party, and kept Gregg an extra hour beyond the time we originally agreed on ( something else he handled with ease and a smile ). We have used other performers for parties before, but never recieved so much "bang for the buck". As my wife says, "We've found 'our guy' now".... - and we'll be using him again. Thanks, Gregg - and Happy Holidays! -- John S, Bayville, NJ, 12/22/2006

If I should ever have the need to hire another artist for a future gig, I will look no further. Thanks Gregg for a wonderful entertainment experience!!!!!!! -- Jeanette M, Old Bridge, NJ, 7/4/2010
  • Gregg was great. This was an outdoor gig at a park with no electricity, so Gregg did two and a half hours, without a break, acoustically. He was great for our group of seniors... lots of oldies and standards. -- Charlie S, Wilmington, DE, 10/2/2010
  • Excellent performer. Professional. We would not hesitate to give an unqualifier recommendation. • Greg Parker was a perfect fit for our event! He was wonderful to communicate with from the start. We had a surprise 70th for our Mom. His selection was diverse enough to please all that attended. Greg was completely professional and talented the entire 3 plus hrs. He didn't take a break! I work in the catering world and know that the entertainer can make or break the affair. He even played a tear jerk-er through the slide shoe. His voice is so parallel to the original artist he plays. It was the perfect back ground to allow people to gather and converse without screaming and there was no ego of needing to be center stage. Just PERFECT!!!! -- Sharon W, Georgetown, MD, 6/20/2010
  • Gregg was fantastic at our wedding! Thank you for creating the soundtrack for our special day! -- Nancy G, Philadelphia, PA, 6/5/2010
  • Gregg was a true professional. I can recommend him with confidence to anyone, knowing he would be able to deliver and that they would be extremely satisfied. Gregg was very enthusiastic and accomadating. He has true talent that can be utilized to fulfill the need as opposed to making the situation fit the talent. He was very easy to work with and his vast event experience was a great asset to tap into. The most telling recommendation I can make is that I have saved his information to be used for the planning of my next event. -- Robert B, Philadelphia, PA, 5/1/2010

I had guests of all ages from 23 to 60 and he played music everyone knew and loved. Gregg made the entire party! I can't say enough about how great he was. He was the most talented musician I'd heard in a long time. Every song was fabulous! He played for 4 hours non-stop without one break! I couldn't believe it. He is just truly an artist and so talented...I honestly didn't want him to stop playing. I've had all my guests say what a great party I had and it was all because of Gregg! -- Deborah M, Herndon, VA, 10/24/2009

  • Gregg was the capstone to one of the few really perfect evenings we enjoyed this year. A lovely evening, an outdoor dinner party and this wonderfully talented singer / guitarist set the perfect tone for our dinner party. Gregg worked from a selection of songs I picked out in advance and added others that he somehow knew would enthrall our friends and family. Courteous, on - time and an understated power and authority in his performance, I can't believe that someone this talented and professional lives right in my own backyard! It is no small wonder that he is in such demand - and we will be using him again soon! Kudos for 'What a Wonderful World'..... Lisa C. -- Lisa C, Moorestown, NJ, 9/15/2009

  • We chose Gregg Parker as ouir entertainer after looking over several other entertainers. We sure are glad we did! Gregg was professional, gracious, charming and accommodating to the guests we invited for our post - wedding celebration. He handled their song requests courteously and was THE HIT of the party. We can't wait to pay off the wedding so we can have another party and enjoy Gregg's musical talents again. Our wedding is truly much more memorable for having had Gregg perform. I don't think you can go wrong with him - he is a TRUE PROFESSIONAL ENTERTAINER! -- Kathy C, Barnegat Light, NJ, 9/7/2008
  • I have booked through GIGMasters for functions in the past. None have been a disappointment! I hired Gregg to play for a small 50th birthday dinner in a rented oceanfront home in Avalon. The twelve of us listened as we ate, talked, laughed (were loud at times) while Gregg played. He handled our talking over him and our listening to him with wonderful flair and professionalism. We had the added "distraction" of the World Series, but Gregg handled it well. I hired him for 3 hours, he played longer w/ no embarrassing renegotiation scene. We paid him more & were happy to do so! He's a fun guy HIRE HIM you won't be disappointed. Thanks Gregg you made the party great fun! -- Juliette C, Avalon, NJ, 10/25/2008
  • This is the 2nd time we've used Gregg Parker for one of our outdoor tree - farm family events and he is SUPER!! I couldn't be more satisfied as he presented a wide variety of well - interpreted, popular songs from the late 60's through today, keeping our attendees pleasantly entertained for the afternoon. I've hired a lot of entertainers over the years, but Gregg is a powerfully fresh change from the same old tired "stuff" so many seem to be "mailing in". A talented singer and adept guitarist, Gregg's program was energetic, entertaining and YES - I will be using him again ( you should, too!! )! -- Ralph O, Medford, NJ, 10/10/2009
  • Gregg was exactly what I had wanted for the festival. He chose the perfect music to go with the crowd's energy. I really enjoyed listening to him and I think he is really talented. I will definately use him again! -- Michelle G, Leesport, PA, 10/4/2009

  • Gregg Parker was wonderful! I had my heart set on the song "For My Wedding" by Don Henley to be sung and played as I walked down the aisle and Gregg was just perfect! I was only sorry the ceremony and reception were so rushed that I didn't get to thank him in person for helping to make my ceremony everything I had hoped it would be!! Thank you, Gregg!! ~Rachel McDonald (Hotel Monaco, DC wedding 6/20/09) -- Rachel K, Washington, DC, 6/20/2009
  • Gregg Parker is one of the most dedicated performers I have ever come across. At a recent gig aboard our cruise ship, an outdoor venue, we encountered a bit of rain to say the least. Possibly one of the hardest thunderstorms I have ever been caught in, Gregg continued to play even as hard rain had drenched him from head to toe. Greggs acoustic style was just what we were looking for. After the rain stopped and he dried out, he performed a set that left everyone who was there asking for more. Gregg delivered and played for over an hour more then he was scheduled. We will definitely use Gregg in the future as the public is demanding we do so. -- Chris B, Wilmington, DE, 7/24/2009
  • greg was, is the best i have ever heard. he made the party! -- Vincent L, Lumberton, NJ, 7/25/2009
  • Rob and I were extremely happy with the entire event. I have to admit that Rob was a little skeptical when I told him I hired a muscian via the internet. He is now a believer! Gregg's performance made the party! I know I danced all night long! We are already talking about next year. The music selection was awesome and it made for one fantastic 50th birthday bash! I have so many great memories. A good time was had by all! THANKS! -- Nancy D, Little Egg Harbor, NJ, 7/5/2008
  • Gregg Parker was great with our group who wanted to sing along with his wide range of songs. Gregg was easy to work with and everyone had a fantastic time. -- Victoria P, Alexandria, VA, 8/3/2009
  • I was so happy that I decided to hire Gregg to perform at my husband's 30th b-day party. What a talented, professional guy! He played a great arrangement of songs.. everything from Tom Petty, to the Beatles, to Willy Nelson! I would hire him again in a hearbeat. Many of my guests asked for his business card and mentioned that they would like to hire him for their next party. Thanks Gregg for making the day that much more memorable! -- Megan L, Wilmington, DE, 6/27/2009

  • Gregg Parker was a delight to work with at my husband's surprise 50th birthday party. His enthusiasm, talent and professionalism combined to make it a HUGE success. Yes, we ended up asking him to stay and perform additional time ( which he graciously obliged ). Excellent song choices during dinner and Gregg had everyone up and dancing before the evening's end! We were fortunate to have him as our evening's entertainment and Gigmasters is lucky to have a professional of Gregg's caliber on their roster. I could not be more satisfied with Gigmasters' services and Gregg Parker's performance! -- Tami L, Ramsey, NJ, 5/30/2009

  • OUTSTANDING! Under difficult circumstances, I was looking for someone who would be able to perform a special song for my 11 year old niece's memorial mass. Days before she passed in March, Alan Jackson released a new song titled "Sissy's Song". It was important for me to find someone who would be able to perform this song since her nick name was Sissy. When I first received Gregg's e-mail he began with expressing his sympathy then proceeded to inform me he would definitely be able to "nail it". Thank you Gregg for learning the song in such short notice, you definitely "nailed it" and your performance was evident that it came straight from your heart. GREAT JOB!!!!! -- Susan M, Staten Island, NY, 5/30/2009
  • This is the 2nd time we have hired Gregg Parker for a Corporate Event. He is an excellent singer and guitarist and he REALLY knows how to deliver the goods. We thoroughly enjoyed Gregg's song list and his performance was perfectly suited to our private party. He kept the crowd engaged, played expertly and allowed some of our braver guests to take a shot at singing along. To top it off, he is the nicest guy to work with.I would not hesitate to recommend Gregg for any event where your priority is to entertain. • Gregg did a great job and was thoroughly enjoyed by everyone. -- Greg H, Oradell, NJ, 5/22/2009
  • Gregg was excellent! Our party for my sister's college graduation went better than I could possibly have hoped for. Gregg was in contact for performance time, directions, song lists - even what wardrobe we wanted him to perform in! He was on - time ( early, actually ) and played a little later than we had originally agreed on! My family, friends and my sisters' friends were amazed at Gregg's vocal versatility - he even threw in an 'homage' to Louis Armstrong's "What a Wonderful World". Everyone enjoyed both his music and his personality immensely. We have a christening coming up in the spring, and we'll certainly be calling on Gregg to perform for it!Thanks!! -- Angie F, Little Silver, NJ, 12/20/2008
  • As many other posters have noted, Gregg is very professional. He comes on time (early, actually), he plays as longs as (or longer than) he says he will, and he plays what he says he will play & what you ask him. He sounds wonderful -- even better than you expect. He set himself up and was totally low-maintenance. His presence really kicked an average party up a notch or two. We had people dancing in the backyard and neighbors walking their dogs & just hanging around to hear more. He was friendly and very patient with guests that can be difficult. Hire him, you won't be disappointed!! -- Katy R, Bethesda, MD, 4/18/2009
  • After seeing Gregg perform at an 'after wedding' party in July, I knew that I would be able to build an event around his abilities as a performer. We promoted a "Couples Night Out" with Gregg providing the musical entertainment. We had the most successful Friday night event we've seen in years! Gregg was on time, personable and quickly won over the crowd with a warm quick wit and his considerable musical talents. We plan to have another event in March and will definitely have Gregg perform again - having him for YOUR event is a big step towards making it a huge success!!! -- Bill L, Carteret, NJ, 1/23/2009
  • Gregg is very down-to-earth! Great guy! Loved him being there, music was great for my ceremony!!! -- Sharon N, Stevensville, MD, 6/13/2009
  • Gregg Parker is an excellent entertainer. He did an outstanding job for me. The people at the party wanted to know where I found him and could not stop talking about how good he was. I took a shot when I hired him off the internet without even hearing him. I could not have been happier with my choice. I would strongly recommend hiring Gregg Parker. You will be glad you did -- Jim K, Andover, NJ, 8/31/2008
  • I wanted to celebrate my husband David's 40th birthday in style. We had seen Gregg and his band in Forked River a couple of months back and I decided to call him for the musical part of the party. Even though I contacted Gregg VERY 'last minute' ( 48 hours before the party ) he cancelled personal plans to help me make my husband's party extra special! Gregg was gracious, courteous, on - time and TOTALLY PROFESSIONAL. We had him and his partner ( the whole band wasn't available on such short notice ) stay "overtime" because nobody wanted the party to end! We plan to have him back for our Christmas party in December. Thank you, Gregg - you're really AWESOME! -- Juliet H, Manahawkin, NJ, 8/29/2008
  • We had Greg play at our wedding ceremony, and he was amazing...everything we had asked for and more. I am very picky and was nervous about booking someone from a website, but he was absolutely wonderful. Everyone had such nice things to say about his talent as well as his professionalism and character. I would highly reccommend Greg for any event! -- Patricia L, Cape May, NJ, 8/18/2006
  • OUTSTANDING!! Gregg performed for our annual awards dinner as both a duo with an electric guitarist before the awards and as a four - piece rock band afterwards. The duo was finesse defined as background and the band had the women ( and some of the men ) up on their feet from the very first notes. Hated to see it all end, but several of our members have upcoming events and parties and Gregg showed them that he can handle almost ANY occasion. We will ABSOLUTELY be having him AND his 'accomplices in crime' back for more! It is no surprise that Gregg Parker is amongst Gigmasters' TOP PERFORMERS!! Job Well Done!! -- Alan C, Hillsborough, NJ, 2/7/2009
  • I hired Gregg for a very special and unusual performance that required a tremendous amount of planning and logistical prep on his part. His professionalism was outstanding, he's a great performer and singer, and an all-around great guy. My event was a tremendous success, and I honestly can't believe Gregg went to the effort he did to make it so great. I can unhesitatingly recommend him for any event-- your audience will love his singing and performance, and he will anticipate all logistical challenges/problems that you might have. His music is his passion, and it really shows. -- David S, Fairfax, VA, 11/25/2008
  • What was the most popular question asked at my husband's 40th Surprise Birthday Party? It was "where did you find this guy" in reference to Gregg Parker/Acoustic Guitarist/Singer. Then, came the follow-up statements about how good he was, how talented and so forth. You will not be disappointed with Gregg... By the way, I found him on Gigmasters.com! A big thanks! -- Bridget S, Middletown, DE, 9/13/2008

  • Gregg was the perfect performer to make the transition from my wedding ceremony to the reception. We had a "cocktail hour - and - a - half" for which he provided well - executed and carefully crafted renditions of many of my all - time favorite songs - including two he learned specifically at my request. With only a couple of weeks from the time I hired him until the actual event Gregg was helpful and professional in the planning process. His personality is delightful. I was so pleased at his professionalism. When he arrived I was headed home to bring appetizers back to the event. I showed him where to set up and he took it from there. I did nothing else, he set up and was playing music when the guests arrived. I'm so glad that I could count on him as I spent the rest of my evening dealing with the worst caterers. Thank you so much Gregg for making the guests feel like it was the best party!!! :) Vicki -- Vicki M, Palmyra, NJ, 10/5/2007
  • Gregg Parker (and his friend, Guy Petersen) provided the music/entertainment for my husband's "retirement/awards" luncheon. Gregg was prompt, courteous and returned my calls and e-mails quickly when we were in the "planning stages". BUT.... when it came to perform Gregg and Guy DELIVERED "BIG TIME"!! My husband (and all of his employees) were blown away at the vast range of artists they covered! I never would have believed that two guitarists/singers could put out a sound of such quality! We enjoyed them so much we kept them over-time! Their voices and guitars helped make it a magical afternoon. Thank you, Gregg - you'll hear from us again! -- Gaye N, Point Pleasant, NJ, 9/12/2008
  • I hired Gregg for my wife's 30th birthday party. We were sort of unsure about getting someone off the internet that we had never met before but after talking to Gregg on the phone a couple of times and hearing his music online we took the chance. And I'm glad we did. My wife and I along with all of our guests were extremely pleased with Gregg. He was very professional, he came early to set up & played some really great music. When it was time for him to pack it all up we asked him if he would play an extra hour for us to keep the party going a little longer and he had no problems with that. We will definitley be using him again in the future. Thanks for everything. -- Matthew L, Atlantic Highlands, NJ, 10/27/2007
  • I hired Gregg Parker for my sisters, Pamela's birthday party after having heard him perfrom at a friend's house party in Medford, NJ back in February. The party was held in the Wine Room of Cherry Hill and Gregg took full advantage of the room's wonderful acoustics to put on one heckuva good show! • Gregg performed for our tenants and employees in our lunchtime Summer Concert Series. We don't often see our people get this excited about a performer, but everyone stayed until the very last possible moment before they had to go back to work. Gregg was engaging, and handled several requests for songs with grace and ease. Obviously a VERY seasoned and talented singer and guitarist, we will definitely be having him back for more. • I hired Gregg Parker through Gigmasters after having a friend recommend him to me for my son, Shaun's christening celebration. I never thought that I would get a performer of such high caliber for the price he asked. Completely professional and absolutely the MOST talented local performer I have ever seen. Gregg started out mellow, but when asked to "kick it up" a bit, he proceeded to rock our group for almost two full hours before taking a break (the ONLY one he took, by the way). The only thing I regret is that I didn't book the hall for a longer period - we would have liked to keep him another hour or two. Take my advice - BOOK HIM FOR YOUR EVENT TODAY!! -- Denise E, Palmyra, NJ, 6/22/2008
  • We have a small home in Lumberton, NJ and wanted to have some friends and family for a Sunday afternoon "cocktails & dessert" party. We found Gregg online and hired him for the background music. Gregg is worth every penny ( and then some ) and I know that two of our friends have already lined him up for house parties in the fall. Thank you, Gregg - the weather and you were just perfect! -- Melissa W, Lumberton, NJ, 8/3/2008
  • Gregg Parker is awesome! He certainly set the tone for our rehearsal dinner - causal and relaxed - and helped all of us to enjoy the pre-wedding party. Gregg is talented, charming, and professional. He arrived early, stayed late, and then took off for his next gig. His sets were the longest we had ever heard - during our 4+ hour event, he took only one 15 minute break! He played to our tastes and knew every request...and what an amazing voice! We recommend him without hesitation and hope to invite him back for future events. Thank you Gregg! Laura and Frank Burg -- Laura C, Burlington, NJ, 7/6/2007
  • Gregg was fantastic! From the first time I contacted him, he was very professional and accomodating. He gave me comfort that he would definitely be there for my event with plenty of time to set up. He is extremely talendted and played the perfect music for the venue. • Gregg did a phenomenal job of entertaining our guests at my daughter's Sweet Sixteen Surprise Party, most of whom are aspiring fellow-musicians at the Wilmington (Delaware) School of Rock. Gregg's talent is first-rate and his song repertoire very extensive. His song selections were outstanding. What resonates in Gregg's delivery is his love of the music; it's clear to everyone he really enjoys what he's doing. Instrumentally and vocally, Gregg delivers a very high quality brand of musical entertainment. Within 48 hours of his performance for us, I've already recommended him enthusiastically with confidence to a large number of close friends and associates. -- Ken B, Hockessin, DE, 5/18/2008

Not only is he a fine musician, he's an engaging entertainer who, by the way, gives full attention to all of the details so the host doesn't have to! We had a lot of fun, feel like we made a new friend, and are very glad we hired him. Super-nice person who plays a mean guitar! -- Tracy D, Westville, NJ, 8/28/2007
  • Great performance! -- Jeannie O, Washington, DC, 4/22/2008
  • I couldn't have asked for a better backdrop for my wife's surprise 50th birthday party. I hired Gregg after seeing how much my wife enjoyed his performance at another friends' party earlier this year. ALL of our guests and friends were commenting about his voice, guitar style, and how he seemed to just know what to play and when. I know that at least two of my friends have already booked him for their parties, before my wife's was even over! You can't go wrong having Gregg entertain your group - we'll DEFINITELY be having him back, and soon! Thanks Gregg, from both of us!! Mark and Beth -- John S, Hamilton, NJ, 11/10/2007
  • Gregg Parker was phenomenal! We were delighted and amazed at their ability to "read the room". They knew when to tone it down/when to speed it up. We gave Gregg minimal direction prior to the wedding and he just seemed to know what to do and when to do it. For example we wanted the traditional wedding procession and recession. I asked Gregg how that was going to sound with an electric guitar and not a pipe organ. He told us not to worry they could do it. It sounded like a pipe organ in a cathedral- just what we wanted. Don't be fooled by Parker's "play list", these guys seemed to know how to play most anything. Sounded like a four person band with just two. -- Donna A, Radnor, PA, 9/8/2007
  • I cannot say enough GREAT things about Greg to truly express how pleased we all were to have him perform at our party. I contacted him, with very short notice, to play at a small 70th birthday celebration. Greg was BEYOND accomodating in EVERY way. We had hired another musician who cancelled on us at the last minute and I have to say now that I am glad they did!! My email and telephone correspondance with Greg reassured me that he would be able to "save the day!" And he did!! His song list is huge and is taylored to all ages. His performance was flawless and entertaining. He was extremely personable to all our guests and very comfortable to have at the party. His voice is a joy to listen to. Every one that heard him asked where I found him and commented on how wonderful he was...no lie! He made the party..really. I am very grateful to him for traveling a pretty long journey, on a holiday weekend, with not much notice, to play at our small party. It definately would not have been as successful without his wonderful music and personality. I highly highly recommend Greg and will definatly be using him again. THANK YOU GREG!! YOU ARE TOP NOTCH! -- Gina G, Parkville, MD, 6/30/2007
  • Gregg was extremely accommodating from the first encounter when we considered hiring him. The music selection was perfect. We would definitely hire them again for another affair. -- Sharon A, Vineland, NJ, 8/31/2006
