Award and grant recipient artist Karina Carmen Velasco, (K. Carmen Velasco), Artistic Director and dancer for Cuatro Caminos Arts & Flamenco has been a performer since childhood in various areas of performance arts. Having performed in numerous renowned productions to name a few, Carmen (Opera), Spanish Zarzuelas, Blood Wedding, F. G. Lorca, Flamenco, at the World-renowned Kodak Theater with Grammy winning performers, with artist Benise, With top Flamenco artists and musicians. I wanted to personally thank you for adding the great touch of the mermaid dance for the girls at the Bat Mitzvah, I know the parents really appreciated that extra touch of teaching the kids a couple of Hawaiian dances. • Wow! I wasn't sure at first if only two Hawaiian Dancers would be impressive enough for my event but I could only afford two. I took a chance and it was one of the best shows like it I've ever seen! The dancers were excellent and engaging. Their routine was 30 minutes of solid fun and laughter. Everyone loved the show. The dancers greeted everyone beforehand with leis and afterwards took pictures and never seemed rushed. Very friendly, very talented. I can't wait to have them back!
