I returned the phone calls I received in a timely manner and apologized for my elderly mother’s mistake of not knowing who it was who called me. I was very prepared. Robert Nakao "Executive Publisher" and contract signee for his group Continuity Insights failed by passing on his duties to someone else (twice). First it was his assistant Allysa, who didnt have a clue as to what was going on, and second his boss Tom Lynch, whome actually ended up having to go up to his room at The Talking Stick Resort and get me cash from his safe.
