I have been working events for 2.5 years now and I have never experienced such a level of unprofessionalism. My party was on a Saturday and I was only informed 3 days in advance that they were unable to provide services. I booked them a month in advance and paid a deposit. It was obvious they waited till the last possible moment to move on anything. Our party was obviously not their priority and a paying customer means nothing to them. I WOULD NOT recommend their services to anyone. They should be removed from this site to allow for real professionals to be booked.
