Jenna A Events has been in the works since my college days (and looking back, some might say birth) when I knew that starting my own event planning company was exactly what I wanted to do. I grew up a Midwestern Girl but moved out to New York to work at a private golf club where I learned a lot about high end events, weddings, corporate functions and golf tournaments (ask me about the time I got lost with Jack Nicklaus in my car!). After a few years my fiancé and I decided it was time to head back home to be closer to family. While planning my own wedding, buying our first house, and getting settled in I worked for a local non-profit doing numerous events, meeting local vendors, and learning the best way to stretch a dollar! Once I felt fully settled in I decided it was time to start Jenna A Events and put my experiences and skills to work for you. I believe your wedding should reflect you as a couple, no matter what your budget, and that getting you down the aisle should be an enjoyable event, not a stressful one. I am also a firm believer that your friends and family should be able to enjoy your wedding, not work at it—that's my job! I enjoy the entire process and am more than happy to help you plan “The Whole-Shebang” or “Keep-It-Simple” and be there to make sure your vision happens the day of your wedding.
