We have three categories in our business: Wedding Officiant, Business Speaker/Training?EventPlanner and Social Event Planning (excluding weddings). First is the description of the Wedding Officiating. Greatest of Days officiates weddings and performs vow renewals. We always provide complimentary consultations and a complimentary 60 minute rehearsal. We feel it is more important to enable open communication and have everyone comfortable on the day of the wedding. We love incorporating humor or being light-hearted to create your own unique ceremony. This helps our clients and their wedding party relax, but we provide tissues just in case! Together with you, we customize your wedding vows to any extent that you wish and make sure that all the necessary parts to make the ceremony legal are included in the vows. We can help you even at the complimentary rehearsal to become familiar with how you and your witnesses will need to sign the marriage certificate. We also have an option of providing the "Rehearsal Only". We highly recommend that during the ceremony that everyone in attendance turns off their cell phones, cameras and tablets. We make an announcement with that request before the wedding starts so that full attention is paid to the processional, ceremony and recessional. Those same devices interfere with a professional photographer's lighting, and sound quality of the DJ's equipment. Perhaps most disappointing is when good photos of your wedding are ruined with a bunch of arms holding phones, i-Pads or cameras that block the photographer's view of you! If people have cameras they even tend to get out of their seats which makes it dangerous for the photographer. We require that weddings with over 50 people attending have a professional (not amateur) DJ. We offer a $50 discount to those who can verify that they have hired a quality DJ with a Washington State business license. Business Speaker/Training: We have a 4-hour workshop "Rock Your Business with Successful Events" that teaches businesses about the 20+ possible events that a business could host to market their business. We cover the art, science, logistics and psychology behind successful events. We can condense our presentation and would love to speak to your group at luncheon meetings especially in the areas south and east of Seattle within 30 miles. Social Event Planning including: Birthdays, Anniversaries, Graduations, Retirement, Quinceanera, Sweet-16, Baby Showers, Gender Reveal Parties, Bar/Bat Mitzvahs, Bon Voyage, Welcome Home and Celebration of Life Events (personalized and fun memorials).
