FILO founder and Minnesota native Joe Gallagher began his career in the event business, working for rock-and-roll promoters in the Minneapolis/St. Paul area. After years of building strong relationships and an ever stronger reputation, Joe combined his event management experience with his passion for sports and started his own company, FILO Productions, Inc. He brought on current owner, Kevin Weinhandl and thus, FILO was born. After a few years, FILO expanded its scope to include mobile marketing tours and experiential marketing with top-notch clients, such as the Cartoon Network, the ATP World Tour, Nabisco and the NBA.
