I've been a wedding photographer now for close to a decade. I started this journey during my stay abroad in the United Kingdom, England in 2005. At the time I had no idea it would propel me into a career as a professional photographer. I've had the privilege to shoot all around the world including: England, Hong-Kong, The Netherlands, Paris, The Philippines, Hawaii, and right here in Laguna Beach CA. I'm currently contracted with a studio located at The Ritz-Carlton in Laguna Niguel CA where I shoot on a regular basis. What I bring to each wedding: My gift is putting the people I'm photographing at ease with a light hearted and friendly personality. My goal is to have you and your groom enjoy the moment and forget there's even a camera there. I like to document the full story of your wedding from flattering angles that will compliment the people in front of my lens and share your day through a stunning perspective. A DECADE OF EXPERIENCE With over a decade of fine tuning my photographic style, my specialty is making couples feel comfortable in front of the camera making for 'less-posey', natural, fun and romantic photos. Photography is my full time occupation. I'm also contracted with a photo studio located at The Ritz-Carlton Laguna Niguel. A FRESH PERSPECTIVE I like to document all of my events and portraits from flattering angles to best represent your wedding and engagement photos. I feel part of my talent is having a natural eye and the ability to create incredible imagery using the light, my equipment and surrounding locations for creating impacting imagery with emotion. I take thousands of images per wedding and am thrilled when couples get to relive this special day when revisiting their wedding photos. MINIMAL POSING My approach to weddings is relaxed and natural. This helps aid in eliminating extra stress on your wedding day as well as making for real life portraits. I do just a little posing and help coach the couple to get comfortable in front of the camera. It's my goal to help you forget there's even a camera there and really enjoy the photo taking taking process instead of something to be nervous about. EASY PERSONALITY When I'm behind a camera at a wedding I'm in my element and really love what I do. This allows me to carry a light and upbeat personality. I'm pretty chilled out and easy going but know how to instruct families and couples for portraits without being bossy. My personality is similar to Woody from Toy Story (minus throwing buzz out of the window). I'm super friendly and like to think of myself as one of the guests at the weddings I shoot!
