As a SOLOIST I play and sing a smooth blend of a wide variety of music. Excellent choice for Background music, small venues, and Special events.

With a BAND of 3- 6 I add depth and excitement as we perform various styles from original tunes to the well known songs of the 30s, 50s, 40s, 60s, 70s, 90s, and beyond. Often hired for Concerts, Community events, Special Events etc.

Russell uses the solid sound of the BOSE LII sound system (for up too 1500) and background vocals from the digitech vocal unit with 4 part harmony (unless performing with his band). Many folks are often been known to sing along.

Russell RECORDED his first album in 1977 and his second in 1981. In November 2001, he released an original single "Rise Up" and in 2011 finished his 3rd album "Dreamland".

He has TOURED extensively, performing concerts, Festivals, Community Events, Business Events, Vineyards, Wineries, Local Parks, Receptions, and Weddings across the United States.

SPECIALTY PERFORMANCES are focused on specific artists such as the "John Denver Back Stage" series. Performing tunes and telling stories about Johns Songs, his life behind the stage and how his musical influences are still present in the industry today.

• Very professional. Exremely talented. Bent over backwards for us. Was on time. Dressed well. Set up and take down was quiet. We would definately use him again. Just an overall nice guy who really feels his music. It was a real pleasure having him at our event. The parishoners had extremely nice comments about Russell and his performance. Some parishoners even got up and danced to his music and his singing. His press kit does not do him justice, even though he has a very good one.
