• This band is top notch! They played all of our requests and even learned a few new tunes (our favorties). The band's main contact person is extremely professional, and excellent at communicating with the couple via phone and e-mail. They were very happy to allow us to come and view them at another event prior to booking, and they even offered us to come and see one of their practice sessions. • I was very happy with Backbeat. I told them what songs we wanted to be played and they were all played. I did not have to worry about Backbeat the day of my wedding. They were given the venue and time and were there ready to go. My only complaint about the night were that announcements were not loud enough. Our guests at times did not realize what we were doing because they could not hear. The actual music was plenty loud though. I would definitely hire Backbeat again. • As the coordinator for the reunion I wanted a group who could play and sound like the rock and roll groups we listened to in the 1960's. The Backbeat auditioned for about an hour, which was totally my fault, because I would have hired them after the first 3 songs they did. The Backbeat were very professional, and talented. They were in constant communication to insure all our needs were met. The Backbeat made our 40 year reunion a total success. All night I had classmates asking where I had found such a talented group, and that they were better than any other groups at our previous reunions. They took requests and even had classmates participating in some songs. The band will either make or break any function, and the Backbeat made ours.
