ELVIS By Dano has the most five star reviews and bookings among the Pacific Northwest Elvis's of Gigmasters, and he owns the "Best of 2012" award for the Seattle area. He is also one of their most entertaining and interactive singers. Yes, Dano's (Dan's) nice voice and Elvis moves, plus the way he often sings face to face with the ladies in his audience, adds up to a show that reflects the energy, passion, and humor that The King once shared with us. He also performs a lively Johnny Cash set (up to about 40 minutes). Johnny was another of his childhood favorites. Sometimes, The Man in Black is a fun warm up act for The King of Rock! The Angel Of The Winds Casino is where he wowed the crowd on Jan 8th for the King's birthday in Arlington, Wa! Yes, being a true Elvis Presley fan himself since age of ten, Dano has loved singing along with The Great One most of his life. His first tribute to Elvis was back in 1995 at a church function, and in 2000 sang his first full set of tunes to a very excited audience at the same hall. He was also once a singer and guitarist for a kickin' classic rock band and often performed tribute sets to Elvis. The crowd always lit up when Dano took the stage during those shows. After a seven year stay, he left the band in early 2004 and went solo to become one of the most rockin' Elvis's around the Seattle Tacoma area and beyond, as well as a great ballad singer. In the past four years, upon the urging of friends and fans , Dano has begun to sing some of the songs made famous by another of his childhood favorites, Johnny Cash. People told him his vocal tone was in the ideal range for this country music legend as well. He can pay tribute to the King of the 1950s in the flashy gold lam'e jacket, the GI Blues Army Elvis, the sixties star in a replica of the 1968 tv comeback special all leather outfit, or the refined white jumpsuit icon of the 1970s. For Johnny Cash, he performs in all black (of-course)..... So, if you want your next event "All Shook Up," or just want to "Walk The Line" a little (or both), then Seattle Tacoma's ELVIS By Dano !!! "I hired Elvis by Dano for my moms 65th birthday. My mom grew up in Wales, England and as a teenager was crazy about Elvis. She was lucky enough to see The Beatles, Jimmy Hendrix in concert, but never Elvis as he didn't perform abroad, so I wanted to bring Elvis to her. Elvis by Dano showed up to my house on time, set up quickly, his costume was very clean and very well put together. His singing was excellent, just like Elvis!!! He treated my mom like a queen and fulfilled her teenage dream!! I cannot thank you enough. "

"I hired Elvis by Dano for my 40th birthday party. It was a Las Vegas themed party with dinner, elvis (which was a surprise) and casino night. I told the guests 'Dano' was the DJ hired and he was only to play my playlist. After dinner Dano slipped away and he changed into his white las vegas elvis outfit. At the appropriate time I annouced we had a surprise guest and started his set. After about 30 seconds he appeared from behind the curtain singing Viva Las Vegas. It was AWESOME. The guests loved and it really set the tone for the whole evening. He worked the crowd wonderfully. Very talented entertainer. I can't say enought about him. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!"

"Elvis by Dano was amazing! I have never smiled and laughed so much, or had such a good time. He was incredibly accomodating and easy to work with, always wanting to make sure everything fit my wishes.
Very prompt communicator for setting up plans, and just over all a really nice person.
The performance was imensely entertaining, funny and well done. His Johnny Cash and Elvis were both excellent.
All of the girls at the party had a great time as Elvis took turns singing to each of us, and the guys had a great time too!
I would absolutely without a doubt recommend him for your next event. He made it my best birthday ever!

"Our church congregation were thrilled by Dan's performance - he nailed it (outfit, mannerisms, singing) and he was thoroughly professional yet personable - just like Elvis! Dan was incredibly kind and friendly to our member who was turning 50 and who has a slight disability. Dan co-sang with our member for the whole performance. He also set up a nice sound system and was very accommodating with questions we had through the booking process. Dan kept his committment to our gig even though it conflicted with one he has done annually for some time. The experience was worth every penny and then some. We can't thank Dan enough for giving us a memory of a lifetime!!!"

"This man is the most compassionate person I have seen in a long time. He listened to what we were hoping for with the memorial service and delivered all that and much more. The family is still talking about him (they had no idea that Elvis was going to be MC'ing the event! ! !)I wish on the above ratings that we could chose more than the 5 because he is for sure worth more than that. I would hire him again if I needed Elvis at an event I was doing.

"Dano was absolutely wonderful. He performed for a lady that I am a caretaker for that has cerebral palsy and was dying of brain cancer. She was a big Elvis fan, traveling to Vegas every summer to watch performances by Elvis. Recently she became to ill to do anymore travelling. Dano was so kind to her..he got down on one knee, signing to her, even doting on her. H made her feel so special, truly mading her day. He sang longer than he had too and even brought her a copy of his cd. She went to bed that night with a huge smile. Two days later she passed away. Dano made her last few days truly memorable. We are so grateful! "

"If you have gold stars to hand out for a show, give Elvis by Dano & a touch of Johnny Cash the whole box!!!!! He blew us away, and was very personable, and has great ad-lib between the songs. This was a great show, and my Mom loved the Johnny Cash songs, and Dano did make a great Johnny Cash. When he was nearly done, he transformed into Elvis and finished up with Elvis songs. What a neat idea and a great show. For Johnny Cash or Elvis, you can't go wrong with this guy. I was very pleased and so were the other folks at this event. We were pleasantly surprised by his follow-up...he was the only one of three performers who called us after we submitted a bid, and he was so friendly and easy-going that he immediately made a good impression. It was an easy decision to choose him as our performer. We were all thrilled with his performance at our party. We had 400 people and our space is almost 5000 square feet, yet he worked the room and made everyone feel included. His voice is beautiful and his song selection was terrific. "What an Outstanding performer. We hired Elvis (Dano) for my husband's 70 birthday party. Family, staff at Sully's Cafe and friends are still talking about the fantastic party. Energetic, entertaining and the love of Elvis filled the room. We had a group ranging in age of 7 years - 70. Dano took the time to make sure that each person was involved in the performance. He had us dancing, clapping and singing. He sang special songs to the girls. He really did an outstanding job. Our granddaughters are still talking about the night Elvis had dinner with the family. From the booking, contacting and arranging the "big day", he was professional and accommodating. He was an 'AWESOME' performer. It is difficult to hire a performer, but we really got our money when he hired Dano. If you want an Elvis impersonator, hire DANO, you will not regret your choice. Everyone was singing and tapping their toes. The young girls really got into the act and was screaming and dancing....they now want "Elvis" for their parties!!! Dano made everyone feel like they were part of his act..he included everyone!!! We can't say enough about him. "He was great. It was a 65th Birthday for my Mom. We allowed children there until 10 pm. From very young to our Elders they all enjoyed him. They could have been entertained by him all night. Not only was the party on Thanksgiving weekend, it hit during 'flu' season which caused a large number of last minute cancellations. "What a party! We hired Elvis (aka Dano) for our annual Halloween party at Sunrise Assisted Living of Bellevue. He was AMAZING! From the intial booking to the actual performance, he was top notch all the way. He arrived early, took percautions for the seniors, set up, performed and cleaned up in a timely process. He had all the seniors up dancing and singing and really engaged each person. He was a bit loud for some of the older folks but his sound is great and everyone had a great time!!
I feel bad because I get all the credit for the great party but it was because of Dano that the day was so perfect!

"My wife's birthday party was the best ever! Dano was awesome and very personable. She's still thanking me for inviting him and what a talented and friendly guy he is.
Since this was a surprize party for her, we needed to do lots of behind the scenes planning with Dano. He worked with us on every phase. My son Ben, who is senior music student at Cornish College of the Arts in Seattle, did all the sound setup ahead of time. Dano went right with it and did all the final sound checks without any of the professional pettiness that can often grow out of such a situation.
Dano even stayed around after his gig and mixed with the crowd ! What a trouper. I'd hire him again. He is Elvis."
