About
Michael portrays the 1968 leather and 1969-1977 concert/jumpsuit years with replicating Elvis moves along with a powerful Elvis voice. Michael's love of "Elvis" is shown in his passion when he is singing and performing his tribute to Elvis. Michael finished 1st place in the Professional Division at the Elvis Contest held in June, 2004 in Virginia Beach, VA (see video). Michael has performed all over the country and in Canada. In the past he has appeared in contests/festivals/shows in Augusta, Georgia; Toms River, New Jersey; Baltimore, Maryland; Branson, Missouri; Lake George, New York; Collingwood Canada; Memphis, Tennessee; Dewey Beach, Delaware, Portage, Indiana; Fredericksburg, Virginia; Pigeon Forge, Tennessee; LaCrosse, Wisconsin and Gaithersburg, Maryland. He was the featured performer in 2004 at four shows for the "Stars of Hope Promotion" for Regal Cinemas in Virginia Beach. Michael has appeared on several television and radio stations and has been featured in several newspapers. When recently asked by a magazine reporter on why he is a tribute artist, Michael responded by saying: "Two reasons; one is to keep the memory of "Elvis" alive and two; to have fun when I'm performing my tribute show". During his shows, he gives out scarves and teddy bears. So, invite Michael to your function or event and let him help keep your memory of "Elvis" alive and of course, have lots of fun.

"We hired Michael for my cousin's 40th birthday party. We had lots of Elvis fans in the crowd and everyone loved his performance. He really got the crowd involved and had everyone singing and dancing along."

"Michael Ratcliffe was amazing! Due to unfortate events on my part the location of my party was moved. He had no problems with it at all. He even had to wait a while longer bc this was a surprise and the bday girl was late!! He was extremely friendly, included everyone in his performances and gave everyone a couple of souveniers. My sister will nevee forget this party and I owe it mostly to Elvis. I recommend him to anyone who wants an Elvis Impersonator. Thank you again Michael Ratcliffe!!!!!!!!"

"Michael Ratcliffe was the perfect Elvis tribute artist. He learned about Wavetronix and during the exhibition, he worked in quips and statements about Wavetronix and radar. More importantly, he represented the innovation and expertise that Wavetronix is known for and drew people to our booth. He was pleasant and friendly to our clients and potential
clients. According to many people at the exhibition, he brought life to a normally boring engineering exhibition. He even broke into some Elvis songs for some of the fans! "The girls at the Girl Scout Father/Daughter dance really enjoyed Mike's performance. All were way too young to even know of or remember Elvis, but Michael is an entertainer and he certainly entertained them. He was professional in all ways and showed great patience with these youngsters. Especially after his show, that he was willing to pose with them for photos! I would highly recommend Michael for future events as a great entertainer!"
