DESCRIPTION:
Draper and Julia are the husband and wife band/duo known as DRALIA.
DRALIA performs music from the 50?s/60?s, 70?s/80?s/90?s, and 2000's incorporating Soul/R&B, Motown, Jazz, Ballroom, Country, and Hip Hop from artists such as Louis Armstrong, Sinatra, Shania Twain, Cher, Mariah Carey, Temptations and Earth Wind and Fire. Their repertoire includes the top 40 hits from the past that you'll remember. Their travels have taken them from Connecticut to New York, New Jersey, Massachusetts and Vermont.
Draper has a soulful lead voice and plays multiple instruments with his main axe being the bass guitar and plays lead/rhythm guitar with Dralia. He has performed and toured with many greats such as Gladys Knight & the Pips and Spider Turner. Julia comes from a musical family and previously sang back up vocals and played drums with the Sam Kimble Band. She has a voice that is sweet to the soul and also plays percussion with Dralia. DRALIA incorporates excellent music tracks via the latest technology, with their live vocals and instruments to produce a DYNAMIC FULL SOUND & A FULL STAGE! DRALIA customizes their performances to suit your needs, ranging from soft ballads for dinner/cocktail hours to 'phat' dance music.
