The Belltones are a 5-piece group consisting of keyboards, bass, drums, sax and male vocals. A female vocalist and additional musicians can be added for larger events. The band specializes in Motown, Swing, Sinatra, R&B and Disco. Featuring the lead vocals of Dane Vannatter, the band has appeared at most of Boston's finest hotels, restaurants, and function facilities. Their sophisticated urban sound is perfect for cocktail receptions, or high-end corporate events where a touch of style is called for. Also available as an instrumental jazz quartet or trio, the Belltones are a versatile and exciting band, suitable for both elegant receptions and funky dance parties.

• They were absolutely, totally, undeniably, AWESOME! They are hands down the best band I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. • The Belltones were simply wonderful. Although they were hired to play at the wedding, they became a part of the wedding, blending their superb renditions of danceable music with warmth and camraderie with the guests and wedding participants. Their attention to detail prior to the wedding in helping with music selection, their professionalism in conducting themselves at the wedding, and their flexibility in responding to special requests for special songs (made before the wedding) helped to make the day complete. Everyone who attended the wedding had praise for the band, but I think the most telling comment about how good they were comes from a neighbor who was not a guest at the wedding. She said that she heard the music from her house and so enjoyed it that she spent the afternoon dancing inside in her living room to the music of the Belltones.
