DESCRIPTION:
The Spotlight Band is Ad Hoc's premiere dance/variety band - the band has over 800 songs and we will add your favorites to that list! The Spotlight Band welcomes your requests - whatever they may be! Want some Widespread Panic? Outkast? Bluegrass? Etta James? How about a Swedish love song? Mexican Polka? or Reggae? They really will play whatever you want, just for you! This dynamic, versatile 6-piece group will get everybody on the dance floor. From rock and blues to motown and golden oldies to swing, salsa and country, the Spotlight Band offers something for everyone. You'll have grandma, little sis and all your guests on the dance floor with this energetic, entertaining group. The Spotlight Band features male and female vocalists backed by a powerful rythmn section comprised of drums, guitar, bass and keyboards. You can expand the sound by adding horns, percussion and additional singers to ensure a robust sound for a large event or venue. And, we invite you to request your favorite tunes when you book this band... they can play the music you love, just for you! If you need musicians for your wedding ceremony, this group can break into a perfect smaller ensemble: flute/guitar duo, vocals and/or piano/keyboards. SPECIAL PUBLIC SHOWCASE

CLIENT FEEDBACK:
The Spotlight Band is the best! We hired them right before the wedding and they still were able to play every request we had. They sounded great! Our event planner was in the other room at one point and wondered why the band was on break but they weren't! They sounded so good she thought she was hearing CD's. The played 3 and a half hours of dance music after dinner - our guests loved it!

The Spotlight Band performed for our corporate function and they were great. I've had other bands before but none were as fun - they had people singing along and dancing like crazy. This is the first time this has ever happened with our accounting group and next time we come to Colorado, I will definitely hire them again.
