Invitation Dance Band from Silver Spring, MD

Invitation is a dynamic and flexible dance band that can perform many styles of music, from high energy pop and rock to swing, standards and jazz. Invitation can perform as small as a duo and as large as a 10 piece band with a horn section. Invitation is owned and operated by Jerry and Jessica Lynn, who both have many years of experience in event music. Our goal is to create a fun party and dance band that could play any style of music well and have a good time doing it. To accomplish this goal we needed to be unlike many of the bands which populate the event market. We needed to have full time musicians in the band. We have a large repertoire and are always willing to learn new songs to give you what you want to hear.
