'I HAVE THE MOST MUSIC STYLES!' - I have an incredibly diverse and large music collection! Here are some of the music styles that I play. R&B, HIPHOP, CLASSIC SOUL, FUNK, MOTOWN, DOO WOP, LINE DANCE, CHICAGO STEPPIN, PHILLY BOP, CHA CHA, OLDIES, DISCO, REGGAE, DANCEHALL, SOCA, HOUSE, BALTIMORE CLUB, SALSA, MERENGUE, REGGAETON, BACHATA, BRAZILIAN, SAMBA, DISCO, CLASSIC ROCK, SMOOTH JAZZ, GOSPEL, POP, SWING, COUNTRY and more!

'MY SYSTEM SOUNDS FANTASTIC!' - I use state-of-the art, reliable professional DJ equipment which is checked and upgraded on a regular basis to make sure that it is performing well!

'I TAKE PRIDE IN BEING RELIABLE AND PROFESSIONAL!' - I understand what it takes to have a successful wedding, birthday party, Sweet Sixteen Party, fashion show, etc! Playing appropriate music and wearing proper attire are part of being a professional in my opinion!

'WEDDINGS' - A survey of wedding receptions found that 80% of your guest will best remember the musical entertainment! That's right! Your guest will remember the music more than the cake, flowers, food or drink! Weddings often require a very diverse selection of music. This is where I standout from other DJs! I have music for the younger crowd as well as the older crowd. I also have access to various ethnic music if needed! I also should add that music alone may not always be enough for your guest to have a good time. Often the DJ or Emcee will need to interact with your guest to get them involved in your event. An experienced DJ will know when to lay low or when to get things hyped up! Lastly please make sure you know who you are hiring. Don't hire any DJ who can't provide you with a contract. Don't hire any DJ who isn't willing or able to meet with you well in advance of your wedding! I consider the meeting/consultation with the bride and groom to be an important first step in the decision process.

'ABOUT DJ PRICING' - I'll be the first to say that you should not base your decision on price alone. The advantages of hiring a pro level DJ includes having someone who is experienced, reliable and with references. An event such as a wedding is often a one time event and you don't want to trust it to just anybody! I understand that most events have a budget to work with but I also believe that a quality DJ brings far more value to an event than what they charge! For bride and grooms considering cutting their wedding budget due to the recession, try to cut things that your guest will not notice. Bridal stores are reporting that couples are cutting back on expensive flowers, attire, food, limos, photography and bands. However most couples consider the DJ/Emcee rate to already be very reasonable considering the contribution of the DJ/Emcee towards the success of the event!
