The planner will allow you and your fiancee to plan out all the details of your reception in advance, with our years of professional experience as a guide. Here you will select all of the music for the formalities, including the 'first dance'. The information sheet will provide us information on the two of you to share with the crowd, and the song request sheet will allow you to list your favorite dance songs, and give us an idea of your musical tastes... though we do ask for and play guests requests too, as we want everyone dancing all night long. These items you return to me one month prior to your big day. This gives me a chance to review, find any special music that I may not already have in my DJ show, and formulate a list of questions. Then we meet to go over it in detail, for as long as it takes, covering everything including floor plan. At your reception I will coordinate all the formalities with you, your caterer, your photographer, your cake people, staff at the reception hall, anyone working your reception. This makes for a smooth evening so you can enjoy your reception too!
