Your emcee will also coordinate all traditional aspects of your affair; i.e. special dances, cake-cutting ceremonies, candle lighting ceremonies, toasts, etc. Your Emcee/Party Motivator can lead you and your guests in a variety of dances and audience participation events designed to make certain everyone has a GREAT time and talks about your affair for years to come. Your DJ will have at his disposal well over 100,000 songs. Our selection includes music from every era; Big Band/Swing, 50's, 60's, 70's, 80's, 90's, 2000's, 2010's, Top 40, Motown, disco, house, club, techno, rock & roll, EDM, hip-hop, jazz, etc. We are constantly updating our music library to make sure we have everything you could possibly request. We also have a great deal of ethnic music in our collection. We use ONLY radio-edits of popular music. (You certainly don't want your event ruined by a DJ who plays music laden with explicit lyrics!) You can choose to have our deluxe light show for your event. Turn your dance floor into a virtual nightclub and really get your guests into the dancing spirit. Karaoke is another option for your affair. People love to take the microphone and become a singing star for a day! Karaoke is always a big hit with the kids (both young & old!!) We currently offer more than 50,000 Karaoke titles. We offer a full array of additional entertainment services such as: Photography, Photobooths, Intelligent lighting, Room Up-lighting, Red Carpet Entrances, Video Screens, Photo Montages/Slide Shows, Motivational Dancers, Novelty Acts, Bands, and a full selection of Party Favors/Prizes/Giveaways! Our company does many large productions events and can provide all of your entertainment needs. Ice Cold Entertainment and Surround Sound Entertainment are a bit different than most DJ companies you will encounter in that We only use a small, elite group of DJ's and Emcees. If all of our entertainers are assigned to affairs on a given date then we will NOT accept bookings on that particular day. Many companies will book as many events as they can and will at times use less than qualified individuals to DJ and/or host their parties in the event their premier entertainers are unavailable. This practice can lead to disaster especially if you trust your wedding, bar/bat mitzvah, or any other "once in a LIFETIME affair" to an incompetent entertainer. This is something you really should consider before hiring a company to handle the entertainment for your affair. We are also fully insured and can provide a certificate to any facility that requires vendor insurance. Many people don't realize how important it is to have an insured company. Even if your event location does not require insurance we strongly suggest that you hire an insured company. Think about this; if one of your guests trips over an unsecured wire and breaks an ankle or a piece of equipment such as a speaker or lighting effect falls over and fractures someone's skull then what happens? Well, if your DJ is uninsured then YOU can be sued. Remember that for the time that DJ is there, you are that DJ's de-facto employer. We are covered for up to $2,000,000. We are competitively priced, however, you can always find a less expensive entertainment company. BE CAREFUL, the difference between a couple of dollars can be the difference between a truly memorable affair and a disaster!!! There are MANY amateur DJs out there who will advertise extraordinarily low rates for DJ services. As with most things in this world, you get what you pay for. Just remember - Filet mignon at a 5 star restaurant will always cost more than a McDonald's hamburger! DON'T end up with a McDonald's Entertainer!
