DESCRIPTION:
SPANK is happy to announce the addition of Krystal Edell to the band!! Krystal will absolutely knock your socks off with her incredible tone and amazing style and energy. With Krystal on board, now more than ever SPANK will give your event the "WoW" factor you are looking for! A more diverese setlist is also being constructed with great songs from the likes of Heart, Melissa Etheridge, Martina McBride, Michelle Branch, Pat Benetar, Fleetwood Mac and many more! Now SPANK offers both male and female vocal hits for your event!! Professional, responsible, attentive, proficient, energetic, never stuffy, always fun, off the hook!...vacated dinner tables (they are all on the dance floor!)....and always rockin!!! A few words that describe what you will experience with SPANK at the helm of your entertainment needs at your next event. SPANK is composed of 6 musicians, all with an extensive professional musical performance background. The band was established approximately 10 years ago, and has been through several iterations and configurations through the years. Though each version of the band has been popular, the current lineup is hands down the strongest yet. Danny McReynolds fronts the band with an exhilarating array of foot moves, strong vocal tones and techniques, and audience grasping serenades. Chris Dunn provides tight rhythm guitar along with melodic clean lead guitar that is always on track with the original artist tracks which frequently includes a special twist and flair all his own. The drummer is Matt Padgett who also is careful to maintain original beats and flavors of the original artist tracks. Like Chris, Matt has an abundance of experience and influences which he uses to spice up songs in appropriate spots, making for a very entertaining performance even if there are those who do not wish to dance and prefer to just listen to the band. Our newest member - Jeff Bay....great chops, silky backgrounds and smokin' fills. In addition to backing vocals, Jeff certainly adds great compliments to the rhythm section! Joe Birtola rounds out the ensemble with tasteful and always interesting groove oriented support for the rhythm section on bass guitar. SPANK is a cover band unlike others in that it has a personality all its own. After an evening with SPANK, you will feel that you have been thoroughly entertained, and that you had 'no idea it was that late!' Time to start the party!

The band was outstanding. They were true professionals and they were extraordinary entertainers as well as fine individuals. Everyone had a wonderful time and danced all night. I think anyone considering hiring them should book them fast as they may be in Sonoma regularly now that the entire town has fallen in love with them.

I hired Spank for my husband's 30th surprise birhtday. They were amazing!! They were on time, fun and got the crowd involved singing and dancing around the whole room. I danced all night.
