"Colorado's Finest Good Time Rock" -- The Black Jack Canyon Band is comprised of veteran musicians (read "gigs in the several hundreds") whose mission is to provide top level "Good Time" musical entertainment to audiences across Colorado. Focusing on tight musical arrangements and soaring vocal harmonies, the band plays a very wide variety of party music and satisfies audiences from the very young to the most "mature".

The BJC Band owns its own lighting and high end sound system, and has its own sound engineer. Performance fees are based on band availabilty/demand, event duration, travel distance and whether our sound system will be required. "Everything is negotiable"...

All the good ones from the past 50 years...Everyone from the Allmans and Adele to John Mayer to Tom Petty, Grace Potter to Susan Tedeschi to Sheryl Crow to Etta James, Van Morrison to the Beatles to Buddy Guy and BB King...you get the idea. Musically our goal is to have something for everyone, whether its from the '50s or today.

Amy Q -- a native of Barrington, Rhode Island, singing "from the cradle through college a capella", to some of Colorado's best cover and dance bands, most recently Stapleton's Outta My Alley. Amy's voice is wide ranging, and beautifully accurate. "Gonna kick it till I need new shoes..."

Bobby Mack -- a native of northern NJ, Bobby is a versatile, toneful guitarist who most recently led the NC-based Aerial View Band through hundreds of gigs over the past 12 years playing at many of NC's leading corporate, festival, and private party gigs. A confirmed Gearaholic. Bobby has opened for David Lee Roth and others.

Bill Galey -- a native of Stamford, CT, Bill is an accomplished musician with numerous original compositions and CD releases to his credit. Equally at home on lead or slide guitar, Bill also plays keyboards and sings. Bill has played in the Chicago based indie roots rock band Voodoo Pilot for the past 11 years, during which time the band released 4 original CDs, opened for numerous national acts, and received airplay on WXRT and other progressive radio stations around the country. Bill also played in a college band with Bobby Mack, and the two have collaborated consistently over the past 25 years.

Scott Milford -- a native of western New York, Scott is a superb bass player and vocalist and a veteran of many outstanding bands. Scott has a great ear, likes to go deep into the blues, and loves to bring da funk...

Stu Stuart -- A native of Denver, Stu was a music major at DU's Lamont School of Music where he played drums in the Lamont Symphony Orchestra as well as the Lamont Wind Ensemble and the Washington Park Jazz Band. Recent projects include The Magpies, and Denver's own Roadhouse Joe. In addition to performing, Stu has taught music for the past 25 years.
