The Basix ...a well established full-time professional cover / dance / Top 40 band that has for the past 15 years been playing major corporate-private parties, weddings, festivals, concerts, Disneyland, Las Vegas, clubs, and all the top casinos in California. All members have extensive musical backgrounds, sing lead, and play an instrument. This opens the doors to full rich harmonies and a wide variety of musical possibilities. The Basix are of the few cover bands selected to open for national acts every year for their ability to sound and perform to the approval of the promoters, headliners, and their fans.

The band has opened for Berlin, Patty Smyth (Scandal), America, Air Supply, Christopher Cross, Loverboy, Survivor, Ambrosia, Three Dog Night, Eddie Money, The Grass Roots, The Spinners, The Coasters, The Drifters, Lou Graham, The Little River Band, The Marshall Tucker Band, and The Village People.

Their clients are GMAC, Honda, Toyota, KTLA, Disneyland, LA Police Dept, Anaheim Angels, (Las Vegas Casinos) Caesars Palace, Harrahs, Mirage, The Monte Carlo, Treasure Island, Hooters, Eastside Cannery,
(California Casinos) Pala, Spa Resort, Agua Caliente, Pechanga, San Manuel, Win-River, Morongo, Viejas,

The Basix also perform a 70's retro disco show for venues that request that polyester, bell bottom, platform shoe vibe that always gets the dance floor jumpin and the booties shakin.
