Hello, my name is Rick Richards, and yes, I'm new to Gig Masters but not to performing flawless energetic personable shows, both as a solo artist and with my band! Originally from California, playing with several bands there and now here, I have made Texas my home! I am a performer, singer, songwriter, and cover artist. My shows are intimate, fun, and custom tailored to each event. I have a long list of references since coming here, from the Opry Circuit, to weekly solo gigs, to private and corporate parties, to benefits. There may be several reasons, but if you just picture this...Garth Brooks, Prince, Mick Jagger, Elvis Presley, Tom Jones, to name a few! What do all of these artists have in common? I would call it connection with their audience! Completely and emotionally attached to them, as if they were connected at the heart somehow! You walk away feeling as if you know them more than just a great entertainer, don't you? Another reason....I've had 100% better than expected results according to my clients! There are singers and then there are singers that can not only deliver a song, but an entire evening of emotionally exhillerating music that reels you in as if it's your own front row seat to a private concert!
