Our goal is to make sure your guests are throughly entertained and feel as though they have just visted the Island of Polynesia. We are a well established group that has performed in the area for over 20 years. Summer is very busy months for us here in San diego, so you are welcome to visit one of our shows in person, or ask for clips of our live perfomances. Lovely, lovely band. Sweet island songs made a perfect background for our luau wedding reception. The players and dancers are warm, friendly, and talented. I'd like to mention that MANY of my guests were impressed with the skill level of the dancer. It was also fun for the children to learn the dances. Overall, a well thought out and executed show. If you're having a luau; or a kick back affair this band is an excellent choice.

Makihele Polynesian Revue was a great addition to our wedding, the atmoshpere they helped create really set the mood for the whole evening. Vili was very accomidating with the song requests we had made and was very easy to work with. We would recommend him to everyone we know and would use him again when we have the chance. They were absolutely professional and prompt in every way! Vili Makihele even visited the sight (public park) of the wedding 2 weeks in advance to become familiar with the venue. The wedding was slow to get started, which was pressing, time-wise, for them as they had another engagement immediately following ours. They stayed the course and even managed to work alternatively and in compliment to a harpist. Great, great great!!!

Vili (Polynesian Revue) was extremely professional and readily available by either phone or email for all of our questions. They played before, during, and after our wedding ceremony and sounded beautiful. They even helped to set up a CD player and practice with my 10 year old cousin for a song she performed during the ceremony. I would definately recommend them to anyone for a wedding or party. Makihele Polynesian Revue was hired through the Gigmaster's website. The music and dancers were a big hit! Many guests positively commented on the choice of entertainment for the event. The group surpassed all expectations. Will definitely hire them again in the future!

I thought the band was very good, had soft hawaiian music. Everyone seemed to be enjoying themselves with good music in the background. When asked to play a special request, they quickly obliged,overall a very good band.
