My seminar entitled, "Ladies, You Can Do Home Repairs" is perfect for 1.) company "Lunch and Learn" events 2.) meetings where there will be mainly women in attendance 3.) where something educational and "off the beaten path" is desired. Women who hear my seminar feel empowered because they are given the knowledge to do home repairs. At one seminar, all the women answering the evaluation questionnaire said they were likely to do a home repair after hearing my seminar. A handout is given to audience members so they can add notes. At the end of the seminar, with my handout plus their notes, women will have a good outline enabling them to do a home repair. I use a powerpoint presentation.
