Alyssa Elson has been performing for over 11 years in the circus arts and in that time has transformed a quiet, lifeless crowd, into a frenzy of astonishment and applause. With her skills as a contortionist, acrobat, aerialist, dancer, and character artist, as well as her choreography and modelling background, Alyssa's performances captivate an audience and leave them thoroughly entertained and wanting more. Performances include anything from Character work, where the artist engages with a crowd adding to the ambience of the room, to full contortion, hand balancing, or aerial hoop routines meant to wow the audience with her flexibility and grace, typically adding her own sassy and flirtatious attitude to the mix. Each routine is very unique and created to add a wow factor to any event; be it wedding, corporate function, birthday party, televised/ filmed, etc. That being said, although there are set routines, Alyssa is more than happy to create a new act based on a specific theme for your event to help incorporate your vision. Contortion Act "Melancolie" : This mesmerizing, sultry contortion act is a mixture of sweet and seductive. It combines extreme flexibility with beautiful movement to captivate the audience and bring them into a dream world. A bit of french flare and old fashioned glamour makes this routine perfect for any event. Contortion Act "Butterfly Cry" : Incorporating a bit of the creepy element, this contortion act reveals how contortion can be beautiful and sinister looking all at the same time. Extreme flexibility mixed with fast as well as soft movement, keep audiences enthralled and watching for the next incredible moment. Hand balancing act "It's a Man's World" : This exciting hand balancing routine combines Alyssa's talent for dance and contortion into an intriguing blend of the three elements. It is a sassy, fun, and sensual routine, able to fit well in small or large venues. Aerial Hoop "I Put a Spell On You" : A little bit naughty and a little bit nice; this routine has something for everyone. It incorporates contortion, strength, and grace as well as high flying tricks and creative movement to 'wow' your guests and have them feeling truly spellbound. Aerial Hoop "I'm Kissing You" : This aerial act is perfect for any event; giving an etherial quality to the room. On lookers will not be able to tear their eyes away form this routine filled with quiet strength, perfect lines, and unwavering beauty. "Ambience": Choose a style of routine and the amount of sets you would like; 2 sets of 15 minutes or 3 sets of 10 minutes. This offer allows you to create some ambience to your space; like living art. You can either provide your own music or music can be provided for no additional charge. "Character" : Pick a character: Princess, Fairy, Puppet, Spider, Animal, Reptile, you name it, I can build it into a character to create an extra element to your event and provide entertainment and audience participation as well as a whole lot of fun! Note: All acts can fit well into any sized event but please keep in mind that aerial acts require the rigging of equipment with certain standards for safety and will need to be assessed prior to the event to confirm the ability to perform an aerial act.
