Description
The Texas Bubblelady was one of the International Bubble Artists who performed in Copenhagen, Denmark the last week of January, 2011 at the Experimentarium Museum's Bubble Festival.
Linda Berman, known as The Texas Bubblelady, is the original soap bubble performer/educator in Texas. She brought her energetic program to Texas in 2006 after performing for many years in Southern California
An International performer, Linda has transformed people's fascination with soap bubbles into a unique interactive learning experience - The Incredible Bubble Show.
This high energy, visual show is curriculum based and includes a focus on reading, math, science, colors and shapes, critical thinking skills, thinking "outside the bubble," and lots of good, clean fun.
Audiences delight in learning how to see the world around them with "bubble eyes" - seeing ordinary objects everywhere they look in a new way - as wonderful bubble makers.
Linda has performed The Incredible Bubble Show in Texas, Southern California, across the US including Hawaii, Canada, and Belgium. In 2007, Heart Throb performed her bubble artistry for a month in Shanghai, China. In 2008, Heart Throb performed with her bubbles for two weeks in Nanjing, China. She's been invited to Copenhagen, Denmark to perform for the science's museum's Bubble Festival in January, 2011.
The Austin Museum of Art invited Linda to present The Incredible Bubble Show for their family day in September, 2011.
The Incredible Bubble Show is perfect for birthday parties, picnics, city celebrations, school assemblies, churches, library shows and all types of special events. More than 90 Texas libraries requested performances in 2009, 2010 and 2011.
The Incredible Bubble Show includes: bubble basics, creating hand blown bubbles, big bubbles, tiny bubbles, multiple bubbles, bubbles in bubbles, bouncing bubbles, dancing bubbles, foggy bubbles, and putting people inside a giant bubble force field. Participants can't wait to get home to start making their own incredible bubbles.
Linda is an award winning balloon artist and designer who has authored six balloon sculpture books and has lectured on balloon art in the US, Canada and Europe. She wrote her beginner book with the assistance of a Girl Scout Troop. She specializes in balloon sculpting with miniature balloons and is a skilled instructor for beginner, intermediate and advanced balloon sculptors.
Consider inviting Linda to an event where the participants can learn a new skill and create their own balloons. Linda earned First Place Awards in all three categories at the 2009 Texas Clown Association's Convention balloon competition.
She also loves to paint faces, hands and arms using only safe materials. Creating original interactive storytelling programs with costumes and/or balloons is another of her favorite activities.
Linda is a humorologist and presents humorous keynotes and motivational presentations for children, teenagers and adults.
She performs as clowns Heart Throb or Dr. R.U. Smiling and as non-clowns Luau Linda, Round Up Rita, the 1880's Texas Cowgirl, Linda the Balloon Lady, Face Painter Linda, Linda the Texas Bubblelady and EldaBubble Elf.
A Certified Balloon Artist, Linda can create innovative balloon decor for your event.
Contact Linda for The Incredible Bubble Show, Marvelous Balloon Sculptures, Fast and Fun Face Painting, Interactive Storytelling, or Humourous Keynotes to make your event memorable.

Feedback
- It was great but it took a long time to get started. She lost some of the crowd with talking in the beginning. -- Kari L, McKinney, TX, 1/27/2012
- We had a great time with heart throb! Both the kids and adults loved the show. She was especially good at engaging kids of all ages (We had about 20 kids, 1yr to 13 yrs old - some of them extreemely unruly). A beautiful and informative show - or rather an experience. Would highly recommend it to anyone who wants to go beyond the usual magic or clown show.

- The kids and parents loved her! -- Annie K, Dallas, TX, 3/22/2009
- The kids loved her and we were very happy to have her for our party! I would definitly recommend her to anyone looking for something a little different in a clown. The bubble show was lots of fun and perfect for the age group(four-year-olds). -- Dru A, Plano, TX, 2/14/2009
