Deano did a wonderful job with all the children at the company picnic. He kept them entertained and was kind and patient with all the demands. He took time to do ensure each child had a chance to participate in what they were interested in and did a great show for them, keeping them interested and delighted. Very nice job!!

Deano the Clown was aggressvie and pushy towards the adults at my party. I was called out and I was the host since my 2 year old daughter got a little scared and I tried to console her and Deano the Clown was extremely rude and telling me not to do that and have her look at him. Deano the Clown when I first hired him I explained the party and the order of events and he said he was accomodating but when asked to see about making an announcment so people could eat, he basically told me no and when I asked about needing to have time to do presents and cake, he said he had a timeline. He was entertaining for kids but rude, pushy, and not accomodating. Never again!

Deano The Clown’s Response:

Two-year-olds Many two-year-olds are unsure of anything out of the ordinary upon first sight. The best thing for a parent to do when something unfamiliar enters the room is to assure the child it’s OK and to explain what it is and what is happening. The worst thing is for the parent to worry, to cover the child’s eyes, or to run away with the child. In this case the mother covered her daughter’s eyes, and I suggested she remove her hand and let her daughter watch. She was surprised that I told her what to do, but she did and sure enough, her daughter warmed up and started laughing and playing with the rest of the children. Talking During my initial show

Deano kept my children laughing and giggling. He was exactly what I expected based on our prior telephone conversation. I requested an hour and he gave me my full time. One thing I really appreciated is that though he planned to read a story, he graciously bowed out when I requested he omit so the kids to eat and have their cake and ice cream. An important footnote: Deano does an excellent “funny man show.” It would be important for the host to have an area prepared for the show which includes space for the guests to sit and watch. His skills are deserving of a respectful and captive audience.
