Toby Taught Theater Arts at Denison University, NYU,Jefferson College Toby was in on the founding of the most famous and original Clown College. In fact, His father, Bill Ballantine was the founder of Clown College. Toby attended and graduated from Clown College, working for many seasons with the Ringling Bros. and Barnum & Bailey Circus! Toby is a "REAL CIRCUS" clown, a master of his craft.
He has performed in major circuses around the world, on TV, in Theaters, Parks, picnics,and private partys!!

Circus acts stay in the family. Toby's Father was a professional circus clown too! Bill Ballantine was with the old time Ringling Bros. and Barnum & Bailey Circus, touring "under canvas".

Toby's show keeps kids interested and laughing. He brings: Balloons, Magic, Juggling, Painting, puppetry, big nose, big shoes, big hair, big laughs! A solid professional comic with all the gags and fun to back it up.

• Toby did a great job for our 4-year old's birthday party. It was a hot outdoor venue in Tampa and he handled it like a pro. I was really impressed that he did not want a deposit ahead of time. He arrived early, and he greeted each guest personally as they arrived. From there he transitioned nicely to his full act. He was able to keep the parents entertained while simultaneously keeping the 4 year old's captivated. His balloon twisting was a hit, and a good finale. He kept the kids so busy with the stage act that the parents were able to visit and relax amongst themselves, which was really nice! We would recommend him highly. • Toby did a fantastic job! We had a birthday party for our 5 year old and nearly 40 children were in attendance. Toby was on-time and very organized. He immediately gathered the children and began to interact with each of them. • He arrived on time and had bags and bags of props for his act. He was great with the kids, was very funny and very professional. We agreed that he would get a 10 min break between acts up front, he did not even get a chance to take the break and even ended 15 mins past the time we booked, there were no additional charges and he did it all with a smile on his face. I would hire him again. Ballantine is very talented and the kids at my daughters party could not get enough of his balloon animals. He is worth every single penny. You will not be disappointed. • Toby was the life of my 6 year old's Birthday party! He was excellent and all the kids really enjoyed him! He stayed until every last child got facepainted even running 20 minutes after! We were a little worried because sometimes kids are scared of clowns but none of the kids at our party were scared at all! We had 2-15 year olds there. It was a 95 degree day here in Florida & that didn't seem to bother Toby either! We just made sure he had lots of water & he did great! • I am so happy with Toby the clown. He was right on time & the kids & ADULTS had so much fun. He worked so hard. We could see that he is really really really good at what he does.
