Description
Yana Mariya Lisovskaya-Weaver was born in Russia and started playing piano when she was 5 years old. She attended the School of the Arts in for 9 years and went on to graduate from the prestigious Conservatory of Music by Glinka in Russia.Yana is accomplished pianist and since 1999 won several Pianist and Composition awards. She came to America in 2005 and lived in South Florida for several years. Currently Yana resides in Jacksonville where she continues to perform and teach.

- Yana is an extremely talented pianist. She played all the music at my wedding ceremony. I came to her with very specific music requests and she exceeded my expectations. - Yana was an absolute delight to have performed at our wedding ceremony. Having played music myself back in my days of Middle and High school, I am used to classical songs being played in a certain style and she was everything we envisioned for our big day. She even invited us to her home to decide what kind of songs we'd like to hear, including jazz and modern songs, and was very accommodating to our needs. We even gave her sheet music for my wife's bridal march as it was something Yana had never played before and it was absolutely flawless and beautiful as if it were part of her normal repertoire.
