Emily John is a freelance harpist in the NYC metropolitan area. A graduate of the Eastman School of Music, Emily performs regularly for corporate events, weddings, parties, as well as for church services, orchestra and choral concerts and for school assemblies/demonstrations. She has a wide and varied repertoire from Classical to Jazz, contemporary lovesongs to Celtic music, Broadway and more, and enjoys working with you to determine the music that will enhance your event. Emily is happy to contract additional musicians (singers, flautists, cellists etc.) to create a larger ensemble for your event.

Emily has performed for corporate events at noteworthy venues throughout NYC, providing elegant background music in a variety of styles. For weddings: Having performed at hundreds of weddings, Emily can guide you through the music selection process as well as work with your officiant, if necessary, to help create the wedding ceremony you want.
