• Aki and Mike did a great job at the ceremony and since my wedding coordinator paid the balance and gratuity to Aki on the day of, I wasn't able to meet him in person. Through email communication, Aki was quick to send me samples via email attachments of specific song requests. He sometimes took a bit to respond to my emails (a week or more) but came through on the day of my wedding and that's what mattered to the most to me.
