Third Floor Strings is a Houston-based string ensemble that has been performing together since 2007. We provide professional service at an affordable price - with a focus on creating an extraordinary experience for our clients.

We have an extensive repertoire list and have the expertise and flexibility to work closely with you to select just the right music for your event, large or small. We can also provide custom musical arrangements if you have a "special song" you'd like to incorporate.

We have performed for weddings, corporate dinner parties, private receptions, holiday parties, and other special events. Our members have performed live with Chaka Khan, Christopher Cross, Kansas, Kanye West, Ray Price, and Ricky Martin, and have been featured on studio recordings with local Texas artists.

• These ladies were simply WONDERFUL! Amy was extremely professional, helpful, and accommodating with preparations for our wedding. She was open to suggestions for songs that were previously not in the group's repertoire, and even surprised me on the wedding day with another perfect selection that I had not considered. On top of all that, an unplanned rain storm ("lucky," they say) changed all of our plans at the last minute. While I was clearly losing it, the trio was calm, pleasant, and didn't skip a beat. • 5 Stars from beginning to end!! Amy is so kind and professional. She was just a pleasure to work with right from the start. We even had a last minute change and she was warm and accomodating. She was very patient while we were making our decisions. She never rushed us. The musicians arrived on time and started promptly when they were supposed to. They are all so talented. The music was even better than we imagined it would be. We were very pleased with our choice to use Third Floor Strings for my daughter's wedding. • Third Floor Strings played at my son's wedding at Lindsay Lakes on 8/6/11. They played beautifully and were able to accompany our soloist who had just arrived from out of state. The bride had requested a special song for her walk down the aisle that was not in their repertoire - they got the music and learned the song. It was so lovely!
