Janet Witman Harpist from Lancaster, PA

"Poetry in motion" is how clients describe the playing style of harpist Janet Witman. A graduate of the Curtis Institute of Music, she has been a career harpist for over 25 years. She served as resident harpist for the Dupont Co. performing in the prestigious Green Room for over 20 years and has played with the symphonies of Delaware, Reading, Allentown, Lancaster, Kennett and Hilton Head. Her concert harps include a Lyon & Healy Grand and the French made Camac Trianon. She is also a nationally award winning celtic harper and has performed at harp festivals and conferences in Edinburgh, Scotland, Seattle, Philadelphia, Oberlin and Williamsburg. She is a versatile performer for any event!
