Jessica is currently a member of the One World Symphony in New York City and a member in the Brooklyn Conservatory Community Orchestra in Brooklyn. At the Hartt School she served as principal cellist and played the intensive cello solo in John Corigliano's First Symphony. She has been a member of several orchestras and ensembles, including Hartford Independent Chamber Orchestra, the Generous Ensemble, the Nutmeg Symphony Orchestra, the New Britain Symphony Orchestra, the Wichita Symphony Orchestra, the Quartz Mountain Chamber Orchestra, and the Newton Mid-Kansas Symphony Orchestra. As the winner of the Anderson Concerto Competition she performed the Boccherini cello concerto with the Hutchinson Symphony.

Jessica is originally from Kansas and moved to Brooklyn, New York in the fall of 2012. She is really enjoying her time in the big city continuing her love of chamber music, contemporary music, performance, teaching and creative collaborative projects.

"Jess made our wedding day truly special. From the very start she contacted us immediately and was always prompt with her emails. We had to arrange this from out of town and she made the process very simple. She played beautifully all of the requested numbers for the ceremony and even made an arrangement for a special request at no additionall cost. Jess was playing her cello in the park (she had arrived early) when we arrived and followed the copy of the ceremony we had provided perfectly with no rehersal. Her music made our day special and her professionalism was one less thing we had to worry about. I would highly recommend her for your special day."

"Jess was amazing.
From my first communication with her, she was ready to put together ceremony music that was perfect for the occasion.
She played all of our music with the cello and flute hand-in-hand beautifully creating sound for our perfect day.
When I walked down the "aisle" in the field, and heard her play, my eyes teared up. She made our day unique and incredibly accented.
I would recommend her over and over again! If only I could have my wedding day all over again!!! Thank you JESS!!!!"

"I hired Jess and a classical guitarist for my wedding. Jess was very flexible and arrived punctually; we even confused a part in the ceremony, but she handled it very professionally. The music was beautiful. I would recommend Jess to anyone I know."
