Our catering menus are made of our own recipes, each one prepared fresh in our certified kitchen, Our buffet presentation includes beautiful tropical flowers, grass skirtings, Polynesian table cloths and much more. Our entertainment starts with our authentic island music played by our Islanders Luau band, Lead Musicians or recorded music. Each show includes live drumming, both male and female Island dancers, and of course the Samoan Fire Dance. You can choose authentic island props including: outrigger canoes, grass shacks, tiki statues, tiki torches, stage set-ups and much more.
