We know that planning an event begins with choosing a menu that will please the guests and complement your theme. Whether you're having a wedding, special event or craft service we anticipate catering to you! We know you are on a budget, and we are too! That is the reason we choose not to operate from a traditional restaurant space. Instead, we sublease space at a commercial kitchen in Redlands, Ca - The Cooking Block - which lowers our overhead so we can continue to offer affordable menu options to our clients. Ashley Catering has served numerous weddings in the Riverside Art Museum and at Crestmore Manner in Rubidoux, charity and community action events for Riverside County (specifically the Mental Health Department), as well as dedication ceremonies for the Riverside community.
