Charlotte, North Carolina Caricature Artist Eric Melton has been drawing caricatures since 1993 where he started his career at a local amusement park. Eric's Caricatures are both fun and classy, and Eric strives to provide a sketch that is unique for each person and is Funny without being insulting. Eric can draw a face in about 3–5 minutes, which translates to approx. 15–20 faces per hour. Clear poly protective sleeves are provided for the sketches all included in the price to help protect those caricature souvenirs against accidental spills. We also offer digital Caricatures for those trade shows and corporate events. As a fully insured performer, Eric stands out from the crowd, adding that extra piece of mind should the unforeseen ever occur. Certificate of Insurance for your venue available upon request. The requirements are simple! All you need to provide is a space of approx 6 ft x 6 ft with a place for people to line up, access to power or in a well lit area that is within visual proximity of guests , away from loud DJ speakers , and a couple of armless chairs, and finally if outside a tent or other protection from the elements. Eric will bring his easel, markers, Color (if requested), and paper and provide fun Caricature entertainment for your guests. Eric's Caricatures are a huge hit 99.9% of the time, and you will find it hard to cut his line off when the time is over. Most events do end up with overtime being added to the event, so you might want to keep this in mind when booking. For example, most clients who have 75–100 guests will book for 3 hours knowing that a 4th hour is a possibility.
