"A Touch of Brass" will add a touch of class to your wedding ceremony. There's nothing like the sound of brass in church. It creates an ambience which is truly regal. The brass quartet is also very flexible. We can play in your back yard, in a tent, on the beach, on a ship, in a garden, etc as electricity is rarely needed. Our clients remark about the versatility of the ensemble and about our willingness to play requests to make your special day exactly designed to your taste. We can also play for your cocktail hour or dinner if desired.
"A Touch of Brass" is also available to play for cocktail parties which require that little bit extra which the guests will be complimenting for days to come. Guests know they are being treated to something special when they hear live musicians. There's no comparison to recorded music when you see the music being performed and you can watch the musicians.
Church services are also excellent places for "A Touch of Brass". Christmas and Easter are two holidays which are very busy for "A Touch of Brass". The brass quartet also plays for funerals at the church, funeral home, grave site, residence, restaurant, etc. We have also played Dixieland Music for a New Orleans type of funeral.
Solo trumpet is also available for a variety of occasions. We also have a flute trio ("Flute Loops"), an accordion-trumpet duo ("Lou and Jan"), a jazz octet "Lou Borelli Octet"), a Dixieland Band ("Black Sheep Jazz Band"), a German Band ("Schwarze Schafe"), a Klezmer Band ("Louie Lewis and the Klezmerbops"), a big band ("Lou Borelli Big Band"), a jazz trio or quartet ("Mixed Grille").
