The Name 'ONE DROP REDEMPTION' comes from the lyrics of very popular Bob Marley song called "ONE DROP". Bob sings, "Feel it in the 'ONE DROP'...that's where you'll find you're 'REDEMPTION."

ONE DROP REDEMPTION is lead by the Jamaican born veteran singer/songwriter RAS JAHMARK TAFARI. Not only was Jahmark a longtime friend of Bob and the rest of the Marley family, Jahmark's stage credits also includes work with some of the best known international reggae artists in the world. Everyone from Ziggy and Julian Marley to Eek-A-Mouse and Pato Banton.

Hiring One Drop was not only unique, but the best damned decision my fiancee (now wife!!) made for our reception! • I've been to many reggae shows and this was by far the most entertaining and intimate. The entire band and crew were very professional and extremely entertaining. This was defintely one of the best parties I have ever thrown or been to and One Drop was one of the main reasons. They sounded great and really put a genuine effort into making it an awesome show. If you can get a bunch of old white people to enjoy a reggae show, it must be a good band. I would give them the highest recommmendation and I am trying to figure out another way to throw a party so I can have them play again. They drove up to our wedding site, worked with our coordinator and showed up early to check out the venue.
