• Men in Blues was an outstanding band! We had them for an outdoor concert at our neighborhood and they were amazing. • I hired the band for our New Years Eve party and they were a blast. Let me begin by saying that as a whole, live music has not worked for us in several years. We have a group of people that usually walk out on the bands to sing karaoke, or truthfully, just to talk trash about the band that has been hired. NOT THIS NIGHT!!! This band put on a show that kept everyone entertained. • "Men in Blues" were fantastic at a surprise Bday party given for me. I'm an old rocker & Bluesman & these guys played all my favorites & great party/dancing music. It was indeed a pleasure to sit in with them on a tune. The band was very tight & had great tone. They blew the whole crowd away with the Pink Floyd song "Comfortably Numb". The party is one of the most memorable moments of my 60 years & "Men in Blues" was certainly a big part of it. I've seen them since at Nick's Place in Marietta & listen to their music on CDs. • We hired the Men in Blues to entertain at our wedding reception - and it was one of the best decisions we made!! Ian (the bandleader) could not have been more friendly and accommodating - he allowed me to call and email him numerous times in preparation for the reception and was always quick to respond and as nice as he could be. The band rehearsed a special song to play for my father and I that was not normally on their play list - and they did an awesome job! The band members are ALL truly professional musicians and it is evident in the sound they produce as well as in their personalities/conduct at the event. They are fun and excitingly, but dependable and left us with nothing to worry about. All night long, guests came up to me asking where on earth I had found these guys - that they were great and so much fun - that this was the best wedding reception they had ever been to. Even my cousin was amazed to see our (sometimes a little uptight) family out on the dance floor enjoying the music. I cannot say enough about how thrilled I was with the Men in Blues – if I ever plan another event I will definitely give them a call. • At the Grant Park neighborhood's 34th annual Moth Ball - Men In Blues ROCKED THE HOUSE!!! They had folks from 20 - 70 up and dancing all night. So many people came up to me and said "These guys are great!" They we're a delight to work with and probably would have played all night.
