Professional, unique, with tight harmonies and killer instrumentals, the musicians that form the Cindy Musselwhite Band have performed nationally & internationally for Festivals, Churches, Weddings, Corporate Events, Universities, & Night Clubs. We have performed for venues as far away as the European World of Bluegrass in The Netherlands and local corporations such as EMC and Chick-Fil-A, and have also covered complete weddings from the ceremony to the dancing hall. This is a testament to our versatility, as we can perform a variety of bluegrass, blues, gospel, jazz, country and pop music to meet your needs. We can do an entire night of Bluegrass or a variety of all the styles of music and the Band's size and instrumentation can be modified to perfectly match your entertainment needs, making the Cindy Musselwhite Band the ideal band for any event. We're easy to work with, fun to be around, professional at all times and provide a great sound. We also have our own PA system which we can provide upon notice.
Born and raised in the foothills of the Appalachian Mountains in North Georgia, Cindy Musselwhite grew and developed as a musician and performer playing alongside her three siblings as a member of veteran bluegrass group, The Hoyles. Cindy and her four children toured Europe, performing in nine countries, while stationed there for her husband's military deployment. During this time The Musselwhite Family received many accolades, to include the audience popularity award for the European World of Bluegrass and the cover of European Bluegrass Magazine. Playing both mandolin and guitar, she is a born entertainer and surrounds herself with only the best musicians. She was inducted into the ATLANTA COUNTRY MUSIC HALL of HONOR in 2014.
We hope you'll consider us for your next party or festival. We may be new to gig masters, but we have collectively over 100 years of entertainment experience. Compare us to any other band out on the market today by taking a listen to our videos. You'll be glad you did!
** "Solid Blue put on an awesome show last night to a full house. Cindy has a great thing going: great musicians, great vocals, diversified, played many old bluegrass classics and new stuff, nice stage presence just a great, fun show. The crowd was enthusiastic. They sing and play around a single mic which makes the choreography fun to watch too and they are having fun with it. They certainly are a solid bluegrass band. Hope we can get them back." Bob Keefe, Owner, Berkeley Bobs, Cullman, AL 3-3-13
