The Musician's Warehouse Big Band, 20 of the South Bay's most talented musicians and vocalists, have been together since 2000 The concert book is composed of original charts from the Louie Bellson, Duke Ellington and other big band libraries all arranged by top name LA and New York arrangers. No other band can boast of such a wide variety of original charts and arrangements that will knock your socks off.

One of the purposes of The Musician's Warehouse Big Band is to promote the legend and history of the big band jazz era of bands like Duke Ellington, Count Basie, Tommy Dorsey and the like. The Musician's Warehouse Big Band has the original tunes and libraries of none other than the "... world's greatest drummer..." Louie Bellson.

The Musician's Warehouse Big Band is fortunate to have all original music from the Bellson big band library. With arrangements from Tommy Newson, Jack Hayes, Don Menza and Louie himself, you can't have a bad tune. The music is hot and lively. No where else will you find a library of this magnitude and authenticity.

In addition to Louie's charts, other arrangers and composers of this period are also featured. A dance book provides standards in the big band style for those dance gigs and special occasions. If big band swing dance music is your request, The Musician's Warehouse Big Band dance book contains all original arrangements of popular dance tunes from the 40's - 80's in all styles: swing, latin, pop, in the style of the big band.

Also available are smaller groups ranging from 1-20 piece band instrumentations. Or, if the need calls for it a full string orchestra, brass choir, woodwind choir or even a singing choir we can provide you with a profesional group to make your event successful.
