Surf City Allstars

The SURF CITY ALLSTARS have for years been in the touring band for the BEACH BOYS and JAN&DEAN. We currently do events all over the world as our own band, the SURF CITY ALLSTARS, and also with our special guests: Mike Love of the BEACH BOYS, Original Beach Boy Al Jardine, Dean Torrence of JAN&DEAN, Original Beach Boy David Marks, and Paul Johnson of the SURFARIS. There is no tribute band or show band on the planet that can compare to the SURF CITY ALLSTARS. Our vocalists/musicians have been trained by Brian Wilson, Mike Love, and Al Jardine for the authentic parts and sounds of the BEACH BOYS. We are seasoned as a band through the hundreds of shows we have done over the years touring and recording in the BEACH BOYS. Our show involves the audience with our Beach Party Atmosphere, Fun Contests, and Dancing to the Greatest Hits of the Beach Boys and Jan&Dean. • We did not have the full band, we tried to save some $$ by cutting personnel. This was not a good decision as surf music requires three or four guys who can harmonize and sing like angels. Vocals were a little lacking. Also, lack of a lead guitarist was a little frustrating.
